      目的: 测量不同牙科粘接剂冷热循环前后的微拉伸强度。方法: 将临床常用9种粘接剂分为9组,分别为3M公司的Single Bond 2(SB)、Easy One(EO)和SE Plus B(SEPB),可乐丽公司的SE Bond(SEB)和Protect Bond(PB),松风公司的Fl-Bond II(FLB)和Beauti Bond(BB),贺利氏古莎公司的Durafill Bond(DB)和i Bond(IB),所有材料均制备成哑铃型微拉伸试件,测量冷热循环前、后的微拉伸强度。结果: 除IB和BB试件制作时不固化,微拉伸强度无法测量外,粘接剂在冷热循环前的微拉伸强度SB最低(15,41 MPa±1.46 MPa),PB最高(41.17 MPa±7.87 MPa),各组顺序依次为:SBP<0.05)。结论: 不同粘接剂之间以及粘接剂本身冷热循环前、后的微拉伸强度有较大差异。
英文摘要:
      Objective: To measure the micro-tensile strength of different dental bonding agents. Methods: Nine dental bonding agents were tested,including Single Bond 2(SB)、Easy One(EO) and SE Plus B(SEPB) from 3M,SE Bond(SEB) and Protect Bond(PB) from Kuraray,FI-Bond Ⅱ(FLB) and BeautiBond(BB) from Shofu,Durafill Bond (DB) and i Bond(IB) from Heraeus Kulzer. Approximately 0.5mm in thickness and 1.5mm in width dumb bell shaped specimens of different dental agents were made for test,micro-tensile strength before and after thermal-cycling were measured and statisticlly treated by one-way ANOVA and t-test. Results: IB and BB were not set when the specimens were made,the strength could not be measured. Before thermal-cycling the micro-tensile strength was increased form SB(15.41MPa±1.46MPa) to PB(47.17MPa±7.87MPa). After thermal-recyling,SB and EO were deformed and measured impossibly,DB(9.57MPa±2.02MPa) was the lowest and SEB(38.73MPa±2.48MPa) was the strongest,they were all statistically different compared with before thermal-cycling except PB(P<0.05),they became weaker after thermal-cycling except SEB. Conclusions: The micro-tensile strengths were different among different dental bonding agens.
