| 目的：比较两种根管充填糊剂充填治疗牙髓坏死和慢性根尖周病的临床疗效。方法：将164例患者共198颗患牙随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用Cortisomol糊剂加牙胶尖侧压行一次性根管充填;对照组用氧化锌糊剂加牙胶尖侧压根管充填,观察两组术后疗效。结果：两组疗效比较差异有非常显著性,治疗组优于对照组。结论：Cortisomol糊剂一次性根管充填疗法能减轻疼痛,疗效满意。 |

| Objective: To compare the clinical result between two different canal filling paste for curing pulp necrosis and (or) chronic periapical periodontitis. Methods: 164 patients with 198 teeth were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. Root canals of the experimental group were filled with gutta point plus cortisomol paste in a lateral pressure way. Root canals of the control group were filled with gutta percha point plus zinc oxide-engenol paste in a lateral pressure way. The curative effect of the two groups were observed after canal filling. Results: The difference of the curative effect was significant between two groups. The curative effect of experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusions: The use of cortisomol paste for one-time root canal therapy is obviously effective in relieving pain after-operation. Cortisomol paste was worth being applied extensively in clinical practice. |
