目的:评价窝沟封闭技术预防第一恒磨牙龋病的效果。方法:选择155名7~8岁儿童,其中80名儿童305颗第一恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭作为实验组,75名儿童287颗第一恒磨牙不作任何处理视为对照组,分别于封闭后6个月和12个月观察其新生龋的发生情况。结果:实验组6个月和12个月后的发病率分别为0.98%和2.30%,对照组的发病率分别为10.45%和19.16%,两组经统计学处理,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),实验组的龋病发病率明显低于对照组。结论:窝沟封闭可以有效地降低儿童第一恒磨牙新生龋的发生;窝沟封闭是一种无痛、无创伤、安全简便且有效的防龋技术。 |

Objective: To evaluate the pit and fissure sealing technique for preventing effect of the first molar caries. Methods: 155 children aged 7-8 years were divided into two groups. The first molars of 80 children,with 305 teeth were treated with pit and fissure sealant as the experimental group,75 children with 287 untreated teeth as the control group. After 6 months and 12 months,the new caries occurrence was observed. Results: In the experimental group,the incidence rates were 0.98% and 2.30% at 6m and 12m respectively. But the incidence rates were 10.45% and 19.16% in the control group.There were statistically significant between two groups (P<0.01). The inicidence rate of new dental caries in experimental group was remarkably lower than that of control group. Conclusions: The pit and fissure sealant can effectively reduce the new caries occurence of the first molar. It is a painless,non-invasive,safe and effective caries prevention technology. |
