| 目的：探讨艾硕特漱口液对佩戴固定矫治器患者抑制菌斑的效果。方法：随机选取40名年龄在12～19岁佩戴固定矫治器患者,男女各20人。依据交叉试验设计方案,实施随机双盲、自身对照的原则,每位正畸患者分别随机先后含漱安慰剂(空白对照组)、艾硕特漱口液(艾硕特组)和复方氯已定含漱液(口泰组)。每种漱口液测试时间为3 d,期间不改变原有的口腔清洁措施和饮食习惯,间隔1周。测定正畸菌斑指数(Plaque index for orthodontic teeth,PLIO),记录菌斑指数值,试验以每次含漱开始时的菌斑指数作为基数,最后比较3组菌斑指数的改变。结果：艾硕特组的菌斑值小于口泰组和空白对照组,口泰组的菌斑值小于空白对照组。结论：艾硕特漱口液对已形成的牙菌斑有显著的抑制效果。 |

| Objective: To observe the effects of Esawtech mouth wash (EMW) on controlling the dental plaques in patients receiving orthodontic treatment. Methods: This controlled clinical study was based on a double blind,randomized,three replicate crossover design. 40 patients(20 males and 20 females) receiving orthodonric treatment were enrolled in the study. EMW,KT (KouTaicontaining chlorhexidine/metronidazole) and a placebo were randomly selected as the mouth wash for each patient. Plaque index for orthodontic teeth (PLIO) was used to assess the plaque growth after using each testing material for 3 days. There was a 7 days interval between each use of a kind of moush wash. ANOVA and x2 tests were used to statistically analyse the effects of different mouth washes. Results: The efficacy of EMW on controlling the growth of dental plaque was better than those of KT and placebo(P<0.01). Conclusions: EMW was effective on controlling the growth of dental plaque. |
