【】目的 比较不同表面处理对Sirona CEREC Blocs陶瓷表面粗糙度的影响。方法 按照不同的表面处理方式将试件分为7组:对照组(A)、自身上釉组(B)、釉膏上釉组(C)、2组松风抛光工具抛光(D、E),2组EVE抛光工具抛光(F、G),测量试件表面处理后的粗糙度值,体视显微镜定性分析试件表面形貌。结果 各组粗糙度值依次为:0.139±0.010、0.129±0.006、0.090±0.029、0.145±0.009、0.101±0.007、0.172±0.016、0.278±0.027;A组与C组、D组与E组、D组与G组、E组与F组、E组与G组及F组与G组之间均有显著性差异(P<0.05),A组与B组、C组与E组及D组与F组之间均无统计学差异(P>0.05);体式显微镜分析结果与粗糙度值分析结果一致。结论 釉膏上釉较其它表明处理方式效果好,不同的抛光工具对Sirona CEREC Blocs陶瓷的抛光效果不同,其中松风抛光工具抛光效果堪比釉膏上釉。 |

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of different surface treatments on the surface roughness of Sirona CEREC Blocs. Methods: Forty-two samples were divided into seven groups(n=6) which represented different surface treatments including control(A) ,self-glaze(B),glazed with paste (C), and polished with two polishing kits of shofu(D,E) and two polishing kits of EVE(F,G).The surface roughness of each sample was tested. Qualitative analysis was performed using stereomicroscope. Results: The mean (± SD) roughness values obtained for each group were: 0.139±0.010μm; 0.129±0.006μm; 0.090±0.029μm; 0.145±0.009μm; 0.101±0.007μm; 0.172±0.016μm; 0.278±0.027μm. There were significant differences among group A, C, E and F(P<0.05), but no significant difference between group B and D (P>0.05). The mean (± SD) value of △E for each group were: 0.47±0.17 ; 1.50±0.50; 0.28±0.12; 0.59±0.20; 0.21±0.05; 0.30±0.10. There were significant differences between group A and C, D and E, D and G, E and F, E and G, F and G (P<0.05),but no significant difference between group A and B, C and E, D and F (P>0.05). Conclusion: Glazing paste provided a significantly smoother surface compared to other surface treatments. The polishing effect of Sirona CEREC Blocs polished with different polishing tools is different .The surface roughness treated with polishing tools of shofu was similar to that of one with glazing paste, which was found more effective than others. |
