| 目的: 观察Endomethasone糊剂一次性根充逆行性牙髓炎的效果。方法: 选择36位病人双侧均有逆行性牙髓炎的患牙72颗,采用自身对照的办法,实验侧用Endomethasone根充糊剂加牙胶充填,对照侧用氧化锌丁香油糊剂加牙胶充填。通过观察术后患牙疼痛情况及持续时间来比较两组治疗效果。结果: 一周后复诊,实验组术后7d内疼痛发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后7d、1个月、6个月、12个月复诊,两组成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Endomethasone 糊剂一次性根管充填治疗逆行性牙髓炎疗程短,术后反应小,疗效可靠。 |

| Objective: To observe the therapeutic outcomes of endomethasone ivory in one-time root canal filling in treating retrograde pulpitis. Methods: 36 patients with retrograde pulpitis of bilateral molars were enrolled in the study. Totally 72 molars received one-time root canal filling. In the procedure of filling, guttapercha with endomethasone ivory was used in treating one side molar of a pateint, and gutta-percha with zinc oxide eugenol was used in treating the other side molar of the same patient as the control. The degree and duration of pain after root canal filling were observed. Results: There was no significant difference betweent the successful rates of the treatment in two groups 7 days, 1 month, 6 months and 1 year after treatment(P<0.05), but the incidence of pain in endomethasone ivory group during 7 days postoperation was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Endomethasone ivory is effective in one-time root canal filling treatment for patients with retrograde pulpitis, with shorter therapeutic course and less post-operation pain. |
