      [摘要] 目的:利用树脂模拟弯曲根管研究K3和Hero642两种机用镍钛根管预备器械的成形能力。方法:使用K3和hero642分别预备两组树脂模拟弯曲根管,记录树脂切割量和根管弯曲度的变化,并对预备前后树脂模拟弯曲根管形态学改变、树脂量去除量进行分析和比较。结果:两组镍钛器械在根管形态学改变、树脂切割量和根管偏移方面无显著性差异。结论:两种机用镍钛根管预备器械均能较好地完成根管预备。
英文摘要:
      [Abstract] Objective:To study the shaping ability of K3 and Hero642 Ni-Ti Instruments by perparing the simulated curved root canals.Methods:Two groups resin blocks were prepared by K3 and Hero642 instruments.We recorded the materials removed and changing of the root canal shape.The images before after preparation were superimposed and analyzed by software.Results:There was no statistical signifcance between K3 and Hero642 instruments,but both instruments caused apical transprotation.Conclusion:The two instruments show a good performance in preparing but both create some apical transportation.
