当牙齿发生根折或移位后,通常使用夹板对患牙进行固定。不同类型的牙外伤固定所需的夹板刚度并不相同。可用于外伤牙固定的夹板有很多种,随着新的技术和材料的发展,通过酸蚀粘结技术进行固定的夹板逐渐被广泛地运用于临床。这类夹板的刚度可随着夹板的材质、周径、长度以及树脂粘结面的大小的改变而发生变化。因此,本文就牙外伤粘结夹板刚度的影响因素进行综述。 |

Dislocation injuries and root fractures of teeth are usually treated by splinting the affected teeth. Many trauma splints have been described in articles. With the development of new techniques and materials, splint with acid-etch adhesive techniques has been widely used in clinic. The rigidity of this adhesively attached splint can be influenced by splint material, thickness, extension and adhesive point dimension. Therefore, the objective of this article is to present the influence factor of dental trauma splint rigidity with adhesive techniques. |
