目的 通过扫描电镜观察,探讨新型脱敏剂氟钾酚醛树脂对牙本质小管的封闭作用及其抗洗刷能力, 为其用于临床脱敏治疗提供理论依据。方法 收集36 颗无龋坏、无缺损、新鲜离体正畸前磨牙,制备成牙本质盘标本, 随机分为A、B、C 3 组,每组12 颗,A 组不做处理,B 组和C 组分别使用酚醛树脂液和氟钾酚醛树脂液对暴露的牙本质表面进行处理。每组取4 颗牙进行刷牙实验, 然后劈开离体牙,用扫描电镜分别对牙本质表面和纵剖面进行观察,并用Image-proplus 6.0 图像分析软件量化分析。结果 B 组和C 组标本均能在牙本质表面形成有效封闭,2 组间的牙本质小管面积及相对面积差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),并且2 组脱敏剂都能渗入牙本质小管内达一定深度,C组渗入深度明显大于B组(P<0.05),刷牙试验后,C组牙本质表面的封闭性明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论 酚醛树脂脱敏剂和氟钾酚醛树脂脱敏剂都能取得封闭牙本质小管的效果,而氟钾酚醛树脂脱敏剂的封闭性和抗洗刷能力更强。 |

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the sealing effects and wear-resisting capacity of the fluorine potassium phenolic resin desensitizer on dentin tubules by scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and further provide theoretical basis for its clinical desensitization therapy. Methods 36 human fresh premolars without caries and defects for orthodontic treatment were collected. The prepared dentin disc specimens were randomly divided into three groups named group A,B,C (n=12). Group A treated without anything, and Group B, C treated with phenolic resin solution and fluorine potassium phenolic resin solution respectively. Four specimens from each group were selected for brushing experiment, and then were cleaved longitudinally. Dentin surface and longitudinal sections in specimens of each group were observed by SEM.Quantitative analysis was carried by using Image-prolus 6.0 image analysis software. Results Effective dentinal tubules occlusions in Group B and C were formed, and there were no significant difference in area and relative area of dentinal tubules between two groups (P>0.05). Both desensitizing agents could penetrate into the dentin tubules, and the penetration depth of Group C was significantly greater than Group B (P<0.05) while the sealing effect of Group C was better than Group B after brushing experiment (P<0.05). Conclusions Both phenolic resin desensitizer and fluorine potassium phenolic resin desensitizer could display favourable effects on blocking the dentinal tubules while fluorine potassium phenolic resin desensitizer had better blocking effects and wear-resisting ability. |
