      目的 比较3 种粘接材料在离体后牙纵折粘接中的抗压强度和剪切强度。方法 选择60颗离体的无龋人磨牙,制成牙齿纵折试件,将试件随机分为压力组(A 组) 和剪切力组(B 组),每组再分为3 小组,其中A1、B1 组用Super-Bond C&B 粘接剂进行试件粘接;A2、B2 组用IBond 自酸蚀粘接剂;A3、B3 组用帕娜碧亚-F 粘接剂。试件置于37℃生理盐水中24h 后,分别测试其抗压强度及剪切强度。结果 抗压强度测试显示:A2 组抗压强度最低,明显低于A1 和A3 组(P<0.05),而A1 和A3 组之间无明显差异(P>0.05);剪切测试表明:B1 剪切强度最高,B3 组明显高于B2 组但明显低于B1 组(P<0.05)。结论在离体后牙纵折粘接中,Super-Bond C & B 粘接剂的抗压强度及抗剪切强度均较高,可以作为后牙纵折的粘接材料。
英文摘要:
      Objective To comparing the compressive strength and shear bond strength of three adhesive materials to vertically fractured molars. Methods Sixty longitudinal fracture specimens were prepared by intact human disembodied molars and randomly divided into 2 groups of 30 specimens in each: group A as the pressure group, group B as the shear stress group, respectively, and then each group was divided into three subgroups: A1, B1 group treated with Super-Bond C&B binder; A2, B2 group treated with IBond self etch adhesives, A3, B3 group treated with Panavia-F system. These bonded teeth were stored at 37℃ saline for 24h and then the compressive strength and shear bond strength. Results Compressive strength tests showed that the compressive strength in A2 group was the lowest (P < 0.05), and no significant difference was observed between A1 and A3 system (P > 0.05); shear bond tests showed that B1 had the highest value of shear bond strength, followed by B3 group and then B2 group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The compressive strength and shear bond strength of Super-Bond C & B to vertically fractured molars was higher than IBond and Panavia-F system, suggesting it can be used as a bonding material for posterior teeth with longitudinal fractures.
