| 目的 评价西帕依固龈液体防治青春期牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法 将80 例青春期牙龈炎患者随机分成实验组30 例、对照组30 例及空白组20 例,分别使用西帕依固龈液、复方氯己定含漱液及生理盐水,嘱患者含漱5ml/次,3 min/次,3 次/d, 使用2 周。观察患者的牙龈指数(gingival index,GI),龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI),菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)。结果 2 周后实验组和对照组患者的GI, SBI, PLI 均有明显改善(P<0.05), 空白组无显著变化。对照组的不良反应发生率为16.7%,实验组和空白组无不良反应。结论 西帕依固龈液能降低GI, SBI, PLI 指数,改善牙龈症状,且不良反应发生率低,对青春期牙龈炎有一定的治疗效果。 |

| Objective To analysis the clinic effects of xipayiguyinyeon treating puberty gingivitis. Methods 80 patients suffering from puberty gingivitis were randomly divided into three groups: the experiment group treated with xipayiguyinye (30 cases), the control group (30 cases) treated with Compound Gargle Solution Chlorhexidine Giuconatie and the blank control group treated with saline (20 cases), respectively.All patients were asked to gargle with 5mL of each solution for 3min, 3 times per day for 2 weeks. Gingival index (gingival index, GI), gingival sulcus bleeding index (sulcus bleeding index, SBI), plaque index (plaque index, PLI) were observed in all patients. Results After 2 weeks, the indexes of GI, SBI, PLI of the experiment group and control group were significantly decreased (P < 0.05), no significant change was observed in the blank group. The incidence of adverse effectswas 16.7% in the control group, and no adverse effects were observed in the experiment group and the blank group. Conclusion Xipayiguyinye could reduce the GI, SBI, PLI index, alleviate gingivitis symptoms and has a certain therapeutic effect on puberty gingivitis. |
