| 目的 观察光动力用于糖尿病患者根管治疗的疗效。方法 选取122 例糖尿病患者,随机分为2 组,I 组(62 例)使用光动力照射根管,II 组(60 例)使用CP 根管消毒,观察根管预备术后1 天、3 天和5 天时疼痛状况。2 年后观察2 组患者根管治疗的成功率。结果 根管预备后,第1 天和3 天时I组患者疼痛反应轻于II 组,第5 天时2 组患者疼痛反应相同。I 组患者根管治疗2 年成功率(94.32%) 高于II 组(83.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 光动力疗法可有效降低糖尿病患者根管预备后疼痛反应,提高2 年成功率。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical effects of photodynamic therapy on root canal treatment in diabetes patients. Methods 122 cases of diabetes patients were selected and randomly divided into group I (62 cases) and group II (60 cases): the root canal of group I were irradiated by photodynamic, the root canal of group II were disinfected by CP. The postoperative pain was recorded after root canal preparation 1,3 and 5 days. After two years, the success rate of the two groups was compared. Results After root canal preparation, the postoperative pain of group I was lighter than that of group II on the 1 and 3 days, but achieved similar response on the 5 days. The 2 years success rate of root canal treatment of group I was higher (94.32%) than that of group II (83.33%), there was statistically difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Photodynamic could effectively reduce the postoperative pain after root canal preparation in diabetic patients and also could improve the 2 years success rate. |
