目的 研究不同树脂牙浸泡于不同着色溶液中后颜色的改变,评价其颜色稳定性。方法 选择5种树脂牙:拜耳(A)、凯晶(B)、Vitalife(C)、Excellence IPN(D)和ENDURA塑钢牙(E),分别浸泡于去离子水(对照)、可乐、速溶咖啡和红酒中,用ShadeEye NCC测色仪测量浸泡前、浸泡24h、1w、2w、4w后的色差值△E,利用色差公式△E=[(△L)2+(△a)2+(△b)2]1/2,计算不同时期不同着色溶液中树脂牙的色差值,采用NBS(National Bureau Standards)系统进行临床评价。结果 浸泡时间、着色溶液和树脂牙种类对树脂牙色差值均具有显著的影响(P<0.01),且随时间延长色差值增大。4种溶液,除对照组外,其他3组着色溶液中,5种树脂牙色差值均有差异(P<0.01)。浸泡4w后,可乐组不同树脂牙组间没有差异(P>0.05),红酒组的△E值最大(2.649~3.733);A、D牙颜色改变较明显,B、C、E颜色改变较小。结论 红酒和咖啡对树脂牙的颜色稳定性具有明显影响,可乐组影响较小,浸泡时间越长变色越严重。传统丙烯酸树脂牙颜色稳定性较低,交联型树脂牙与复合树脂牙稳定性较高,且后两者之间没有明显差异。 |

Objective To investigate the effect of immersion methods on the color change of acrylic resin denture teeth. Methods Five types of resin teeth were selected as follows:conventional acrylic resin teethHeraeus Kulze(r A), Kaijing (Huge dental) (B), Vitalife (Vita) (C), Excellence IPN (Dentsply) (D), Endura (Shofu) (E). These specimens were stored in distilled water, cola, coffee and red wine. The color values of the specimens were determined by a digital colorimeter based on CIE L* a* b* color system before and after immersion for 24 h, 1 week, 2 week, 4 week, and the color difference(△E) was calculated by formula:△E=[(△L)2+(△a)2+(△b)2]1/2. The results was evaluated according to the National Bureau Standards of the clinical application. Result The immersion time, immersion solution and resin teeth types had significant effects on the color difference of the resin teeth (P<0.01), and the degree of discolouration of denture teeth was time dependent. There were significant differences in the color difference (△E) among five kinds of resin teeth immersed in other three immersion solutions (P<0.01). After 4 weeks immersion, red wine was found to be the most chromogenic staining solution for resin teeth than coffee and cola. Moreover, the discolouration of resin teeth in group A and D was apparent, and there were only slight changes in group B, C and E. Conclusion Red wine and coffee has a significant effect on the color stability of the resin teeth, and the cola group had the lowest effect. The degree of discolouration of acrylic and compostite resin teeth after immersion in red wine, coffee and cola was time dependent. The color stability of composite resin denture and cross-linked resin teeth was greater than that of the conventional acrylic resin denture teeth. |
