| 目的 评价自固化磷酸钙根管充填材料治疗成人根端开放伴根尖周病恒牙的临床疗效。方法 选择39颗成人根端开放伴慢性根尖周炎的患牙，在完成根管预备和消毒后，将自固化磷酸钙根管封闭剂充填于根管内，至根尖完全封闭后进行永久根充，治疗后每隔3个月复查1次，随访1年进行疗效评价，将患者年龄、根尖发育程度与预后进行统计学分析。结果 39颗患牙治疗后随访1年，总有效率为87.2%，患者年龄大，患牙病变持续时间长、根尖发育程度差，则根尖达到生理性封闭越困难。结论 自固化磷酸钙可以作为根尖诱导技术的一种可选材料，用于治疗成人根端开放伴慢性根尖周炎的恒牙有一定疗效，但远期疗效有待进一步观察。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of self-setting calcium phosphate cement as a root canal sealer-filler material for treating adult open apices permanent teeth with chronic periapical disease. Methods 39 open apices teeth complicated with chronic periapical disease were prepared and disinfected, and then obturated with calcium phosphate cement root canal sealer. Permanent root canal filling was performed after complete sealing of the apical root. Patients were recalled and examined according to the clinic symptom and radiography after 1 year. Data including patients age, development of root apex was analyzed with prognosis. Results The treatment period of 39 teeth was 6-18 months, with medical followed up to 1 years. The total effective rate was 87.2%. Physiological sealing was hard to achieve with long duration of tooth lesions and poor apical development. Conclusion Calcium phosphate cement can be used as an alternative root canal sealer for treating adult open apices teeth with chronic periapical disease. Our findings warrant further elevation of its long term clinical effects. |
