      目的 比较快速包埋法和常规包埋法制作金属基底冠对边缘适合性的影响。方法 选用日进标准模型中的上颌第一磨牙(262)为研究对象,翻制20个标准石膏代型。根据不同包埋方法和不同铸造合金将实验分成4组(A组:常规包埋法+NiCrMo烤瓷合金,B组:常规包埋法+CoCrMo烤瓷合金,C组:快速包埋法+NiCrMo烤瓷合金,D组:快速包埋法+CoCrMo烤瓷合金),每组5个样本,20个蜡型由同一位技师制作。按厂商推荐的包埋、铸造方法分别对4组蜡型进行无圈包埋。清理铸件后,在翻制的石膏代模上试戴观察,并在蔡司显微镜(KL1500LCD)下检测铸件的边缘适合性。结果 D组的边缘缝隙(59.79±10.46)μm最小,B组的边缘缝隙(101.39±28.00)μm最大;C组的边缘适合性(72.12±21.58)μm优于A组(90.97±42.83)μm。B组和D组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),其他组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用快速包埋法制作钴铬合金烤瓷基底冠的边缘适合性较好,操作精度高。
英文摘要:
      Objective To compare the effects of rapid embedding method and conventional embedding method on the marginal adaption of metal base crown. Methods The maxillary first molar (262) of NISSIN standard model was chosen as the study object, and 20 standard plaster replicas were made. Based on different embedding methods and casting alloys, the samples were divided into 4 study groups (group A:conventional embedding method + NiCrMo porcelain alloy, group B:conventional embedding method + CoCrMo porcelain alloy, group C:rapid embedding method + NiCrMo porcelain alloy, and group D:rapid embedding method + CoCrMo porcelain alloy) with 5 specimens in each group. 20 wax patterns were produced by the same technician. The four groups of wax patterns were ringless invested according to embedding and casting methods recommended by the manufacturer. The castings were cleaned and tried on the plaster replica molds and the marginal gap of the castings was measured using the ZEISS microscope (KL1500LCD). Statistical significance was determined using SPSS10.0. Results Group D (59.79±10.46 μm) showed the smallest marginal gap, while the group B(101.39 ±28.00 μm)showed the largest gap. The marginal gap of group C(72.12±21.58μm) was smaller than that of group A (90.97±42.83 μm). There was significant difference between group B and group D (P<0.05). No significant difference was observed between the other groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Ni-Cr alloy made with fast investment material has good marginal adaptation and high operation precision.
