      目的 探讨下颌磨牙牙槽突重度萎缩吸收区施行CT介导联合微创牙种植的临床效果。方法 将我院2014年2月至2017年3月期间的82例下颌磨牙区牙槽突重度萎缩吸收患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组采用CT介导联合微创牙种植,对照组患者采用CT介导联合传统牙种植;对比患者手术时间、疼痛程度、骨密度、牙种植前后牙槽高度和厚度的变化、患者牙种植后不良反应、患者牙种植3、6、9个月后骨丧失状况及患者满意度。结果 研究组的手术时间与疼痛程度明显低于对照组,研究组患者的骨密度明显好于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者牙槽骨高度和厚度均明显增高,接近正常,差异不明显(P>0.05);两组患者牙种植后均无明显不良反应和明显骨丧失(P>0.05);研究组患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CT介导下,在下颌磨牙区牙槽突重度萎缩吸收区行微创牙种植有较好的临床效果,适合在临床推广应用。

      Objective To evaluate the feasibility of using CT and to evaluate the clinical effect of microdental implant and traditional dental implant. Methods 82 patients with severe alveolar atrophy in mandibular molars were randomly divided into research group and control group. The patients in research group were given CT-mediated combined minimally invasive dental cultivation, and the control group were given CTmediated combined traditional dental cultivation. The operative time, the degree of pain, bone density, change of alveolar height and thickness before and after dental implantation, adverse reaction after dental implantation, bone loss after 3, 6, 9 months, and patient satisfaction were compared and analyzed between two groups. Results The operative time and the degree of pain of the research group were significantly shorter and lower than those of the control group, and the bone density of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The height and thickness of alveolar bone in both groups increased evidently, and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). No obvious adverse effects were observed after tooth implantation in both groups, the difference of the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). No obvious bone loss was observed in both groups, the difference of the two groups was not significant (P>0.05). The satisfaction rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion CT-mediated minimally invasive dental implantation in the area of mandibular molars with severe atrophy of the alveolar process has better clinical effect and is suitable for further application.
