| 目的 评价流动树脂应用于楔状缺损的临床效果。方法 以40名成年人的55对前磨牙为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组使用Beautifil Flow Plus流动树脂进行充填，对照组使用Filtek Z350流动树脂进行充填。随访1年后观察充填体的脱落率、边缘着色、继发龋及牙髓刺激症状，采用卡方检验分析试验结果。结果 充填术后一年，试验组和对照组的成功率分别为81.82%和70.91%，组间差异无统计学意义（p>0.05）。结论 Beautifil Flow Plus流动树脂具有良好的充填性能，在临床上可应用于楔状缺损的充填。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Beautifil Flow Plus flowable resin on filling wedgeshaped defects.Methods 40 patients with totally 55 pairs of premolars with wedge-shaped defects were enrolled. Each pair of the defects was randomly divided into the test group and the control group. The test group were filled with Beautifil Flow Plus flowable resin, while the control group were filled with Filtek Z350 flowable resin. After one year of follow-up visit, the loss rate of materials, the rate of marginal staining, the incidence rate of secondary caries and the irritation symptom of dental pulp in both groups were compared by Chi-square test.Results After one year, the success rate of the test group and the control group was respectively 81.82% and 70.91%, and no statistically significant difference was found (p>0.05).Conclusions Beautifil Flow Plus flowable resin has good filling property and can be applied in filling wedge-shaped defects in clinical. |
