目的 研究根管预备中不同扭矩设定对机用镍钛锉预备根管数和预备效率的影响。方法 将3种型号Protaper镍钛根管锉(S1、S2和F1),每种型号各24根,分别随机分为3组,每组8根。并根据分组设计分别采用3种不同扭矩(1.2 N·m、3.0 N·m、5.2 N·m),以及250 rpm/min转速下在根管树脂模块上进行根管预备,记录完成预备单个根管的平均提拉次数及每支锉折断前能预备完成的根管数目,并进行统计学分析。结果 镍钛锉S1在3种扭矩下预备完成的根管数目及平均提拉次数分别为:A1组:11.25±3.196和9.33±3.215;A2组:7.25±1.581和5.63±2.582;A3组:1.50±1.195和4.50±1.506,3组数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。镍钛锉S2在3种扭矩下预备完成的根管数目及平均提拉次数分别为:B1组:16.00±3.625和10.98±3.496;B2组:11.50±2.878和7.82±3.470;B3组:7.50±2.268和6.02±2.941,3组数据差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。镍钛锉F1在3种扭矩下预备完成的根管数目及平均提拉次数分别为:C1组:21.63±3.114和8.18±2.849;C2组:21.50±2.673和4.83±2.166;C3组:16.63±2.504和4.60±1.830,预备根管数目中C1组与C3组,C2组与C3组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),平均提拉次数中C1组与C2组、C1组与C3组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 扭矩加大时,镍钛锉根管预备效率增加,随之器械分离几率也增大。Protaper镍钛锉(S1、S2、F1)使用中扭矩设定为3 N·m能符合较安全的高效切削根管要求。 |

Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effect of different torque on the root canal number and preparation efficiency of rotary Ni-Ti instrument in the work of root canal preparation. Methods Three types of Protaper Ni-Ti files (S1, S2 and F1) with 24 of each type, were randomly divided into 3 groups respectively, each group of 8. According to the group design, 3 different torque (1.2 N·m, 3.0 N·m,5.2 N·m) and the 250 rmp/min speed were used to perform root canal preparation on the resin canal module. The average times of lifting and the numbers of canals that could be prepared before each file was broken were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results The number of root canals and the average lifting times prepared by nickeltitanium file S1 under 3 kinds of torque were:A1 group:11.25±3.196 and 9.33±3.215; A2 Group:7.25±1.581 and 5.63±2.582; A3 Group:1.50±1.195 and 4.50±1.506, and there were statistical differences among three groups (P<0.05). Conclusion When the torque increases, the preparation efficiency of the root canal of Ni-ti file increases, and the probability of the separation of the equipment increases. Protaper Nickel Titanium file (S1, S2, F1) in the use of torque set to 3.0 N·m meet the requirements of safety and efficiency for cutting root canals. |
