| 目的 探究重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶对口腔复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2016年7月至2017年7月收治的复发性阿弗他溃疡患者108例，按随机数字表法分为2组，各54例。对照组给予复合维生素B口服，2片/次，3次/d，另外予以西吡氯铵漱口液漱口，3次/d。观察组在对照组基础上采用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗。对比2组临床疗效、恢复情况及治疗前后免疫能力的变化。结果 观察组临床疗效高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的疼痛消失时间和溃疡愈合时间均短于对照组，治疗3 d后溃疡面积小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗3 d后CD4+、CD4+/CD8+数值高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），CD8+与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 应用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡可明显提高临床疗效，对患者症状恢复及免疫能力提高均有一定促进作用，值得推广。 |

| Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor external gel on the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers. Methods A total of 108 patients with recurrent aphthous mouth ulcers who were admitted to our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into 2 groups, 54 cases each. The control group was given compound vitamin B orally (2 pieces/times, 3 times/d) and gargled with cetylpyridinium chloride mouthwash (3 times/d). The observation group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor external gel on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, recovery and immune function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical curative effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The disappearance time of pain and ulcer healing time were shorter in the observation group than that in the control group. The area of the ulcer was less than that of the control group after 3 days of treatment. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The values of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after 3 days of treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the CD8+ and control groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor external gel for the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcers can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, which have a certain role in promoting the recovery of patients' symptoms and immune ability, and it is worthy of promotion. |
