      目的 利用体外模型比较热牙胶充填时,2种根管封闭剂AH plus和iRoot SP的根尖微渗漏情况,评估两种材料的根尖封闭性能。方法 离体牙30颗,根管预备后,随机分为2个实验组A和B,1个阳性对照组(C)和1个阴性对照组(D)。其中实验组每组10颗离体牙,对照组每组5颗离体牙。分别选用AH plus(A组)和iRoot SP(B组)作为根管封闭剂,C、D组不使用封闭剂,结合热牙胶充填技术进行根管充填。采用染料渗透法检测根尖微渗漏,手术显微镜下拍照测量染料渗入深度,并进行统计分析。结果 A、B、C、D组染料渗入深度分别为(0.46±0.18)mm、(0.44±0.23)mm、(1.08±0.18)mm和0 mm。A、B组与C组相比染料渗入深度的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组与B组之间的差异无统计学意义(P=0.99)。结论 iRoot SP的根尖封闭性能在热牙胶充填根管时与AH plus无显著差异,可用于热牙胶连续波充填。

      Objective The aim of this study was to compare the effects of the two root canal sealers (AH plus and iRoot SP) on the apical microleakage of root canals filled with continuous wave obturation technique in vitro, and to evaluate the root canal sealing performance of the two root canal sealers. Methods 30 extracted single rooted human teeth after root canal preparation, were randomly divided into two experimental groups A and B, a positive control group C and a negative control group D, with 10 samples in each group in the experimental group and 5 samples in each group in the control group. AH plus (group A) and iRoot SP (group B) were used as root canal sealers, and no sealer was used in groups C and D, combined with continuous wave obturation technique for root canal filling. Dyes penetration method was used to detect micro-leakage of root apex, and the depth of dyes penetration was measured by taking pictures under the operating microscope. GraphPad Prism 7.0 software was used for statistical analysis of experimental data. Results The penetration depths of dyes in groups A, B, C, and D were (0.46±0.18) mm, (0.44±0.23) mm, (1.08±0.18) mm, and 0 mm, respectively. The difference in dye penetration depth between the experimental groups (Group A, Group B)and the control group (Group C) was statistically significant (all P<0.05); the dye penetration depth in Group A was slightly higher than that in Group B,but the difference was not statistically significant (P=0.99). Conclusion The apical sealing ability of the root canal sealer iRoot SP is not significantly different from that of AH plus when filling root canals with continuous wave obturation technique.
