      目的 比较Reciproc、Reciproc Blue和Protaper 3种机用镍钛器械在弯曲根管中成形能力的差异,为临床器械选择提供实验依据。方法 选择透明树脂弯曲根管30个,随机分成3组。分别用Reciproc (R组)、Reciproc Blue (RB组)和Protaper (P组)机用镍钛锉进行根管预备,记录预备前后根管形态的图像。使用Imagepro Plus6软件测量预备前后根管弯曲度和工作长度的变化,计算根管偏移程度。结果 预备后RB组和R组的根管弯曲度变化显著小于P组(P<0.05);工作长度三者间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);RB组在距根尖1 mm、5 mm、6 mm位点的偏移量小于R组和P组(P<0.05);1 mm、2 mm、4 mm、9 mm、10 mm位点处RB组和R组偏移小于P组(P<0.05);结论 在弯曲根管中ReciprocBlue和Reciproc成形能力优于Protaper,尤其在根尖和根中根管弯曲处Reciproc Blue的定位能力最佳,成形效果较好。

      Objective The aim of this study was to compare the difference in shaping ability of Reciproc, Reciproc Blue and Protaper in simulated resin curved root canal, so as to provide experimental basis for clinical device selection. Methods 30 root canals were randomly divided into three groups, which were treated with Reciproc (group R), Reciproc Blue(group RB) and Protaper (group P). The images of the root canal morphology before and after the preparation were recorded. The changes of the curvature and working length of the root canal were measured by Imagepro plus6 software, the transportation of the root canal was calculated. Results The changes of the curvature in group RB and group B were less than group P, no significant differences were observed in the changes of the working length among the three groups (P>0.05). The transportation of Reciproc Blue at 1 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm from root tip was less than that of Reciproc and Protaper (P<0.05), the transportation of Reciproc Blue and Reciproc at 1 mm, 2 mm, 4 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm was less than that of Protaper (P<0.05). Conclusion The shaping ability of Reciproc Blue and Reciproc is better than that of Protaper, especially in the apical and middle root canal.
