      目的 对口腔专业本科生提早接触临床与临床前导师制课程进行教学效果的评估与教学反思。方法 调查上海交通大学口腔医学院2013级至2018级口腔医学专业全体学生共279名:2016、2017、2018级学生为试验组(实施《患者与医师》课程),人数依次为48、60、60人;2013、2014、2015级学生为对照组(未实施《患者与医师》课程),人数依次为39、39、33人。分别对两组同学以问卷调查的形式在课程作用、课程设置、学时数安排合理性,两组学生的未来科室选择倾向性,课程的局限性等方面进行反馈。应用SPSS 25.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果 试验组学生对课程的认可度和自主积极性较高,多数学生能在2~3个科室中决定自己未来希望从事和发展的方向。对照组学生均有意愿参与该课程的学习,并认为此课程能为自己的临床实习提供一定帮助。在培养兴趣、建立工作认知和提高人文关怀意识等方面的课程作用评价中,两组学生的反馈差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生均认为该课程与其他临床见习课有所区别;两组学生在期望的见习次数上有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 依托于《患者与医师》课程的口腔专业提早接触临床与临床前导师制的教学模式是基于临床早接触课程的延伸和拓展,学生对该课程的认可度较高,且比较之下发现在激发学习兴趣、协调临床与科研、增进人文关怀意识等方面的教学效果较为优异,相较基础早接触课程有较大优势。本调研的反馈与已积累的教学经验有利于进一步提高课程质量。

      Objective The aim of this study was to summarize and evaluate the effect of early clinical contact and pre-clinical tutorial guide for dental students. Methods A retrospectively study was conducted among 279 students between 2013 and 2018 in the College of Stomatology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The experimental group comprises of 168 students (48 in class 2016, 60 in class 2017, 60 in class of 2018 respectively) who participated in the curriculum of ‘Patients and Physician’, and 111 students (39 in class 2013, 39 in class 2014, 33 in class 2015) who had finished the internship without participating in the curriculum of ‘Patients and Physician’ were the control group. In the form of the questionnaire, two groups of students were fed back in the aspects of curriculum function, curriculum setting, the rationality of class hours arrangement, the tendency of future Department selection, curriculum limitations, etc. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS version 25.0 software. Results The students in the experimental group have a high degree of recognition and initiative for the course, and most of them can decide their future direction in 2-3 departments. All the students in the control group are willing to participate in the study of the course and think that the course can provide some help for their clinical practice. There were significant differences in the feedback of the two groups in the evaluation of the course function in cultivating interest (P<0.05), establishing work cognition and improving humanistic care consciousness; both groups thought that the course was different from other clinical probation courses; there were significant differences in the expected number of probation between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Based on the extension and expansion of the clinical early contact course, the teaching mode of early contact clinical and preclinical tutor system of Stomatology specialty relying on the curriculum of ‘Patients and Physician’ is based on the higher recognition of the course by students. In comparison, it is found that the teaching effect is better on stimulating learning interest, coordinating clinical and scientific research, enhancing the awareness of humanistic care, etc., compared with the basic early contact. The course has great advantages. The feedback of this study shows the effectiveness and some improvement is expected.
