      目的 初步评价牙科显微镜应用于临床医学专业口腔科学课程的教学效果。方法 选取同济大学附属第十人民医院口腔科见习临床医学专业本科生98名为研究对象,随机分为两组,即牙科显微镜教学组及传统教学组,将连接有高清液晶显示器的牙科显微镜应用于显微镜组的牙体牙髓病见习示教,课后进行理论考核和满意度调查。结果 显微镜组的理论考试成绩高于传统组( P<0.05),教学满意度高于传统示教组( P<0.05)。结论 牙科显微镜的应用有助于理论知识的理解掌握,有助于提高医学生对口腔科学的学习兴趣、提升教学满意度,取得良好的教学效果。
英文摘要:
      Objective The aim of this study was to preliminarily evaluate the teaching effect of dental microscopes on teaching the clinical medical students oral science. Methods The undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine from the Department of Stomatology of the Tenth People's Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups:Dental Microscope Teaching Group (DMT Group) and Traditional teaching group (TT control group). The dental microscope connected with a high-definition liquid crystal display was applied to the Dental Microscope Group. Theory assessment and satisfaction survey were conducted after class. Results The theoretical test scores of the DMT Group were higher than those of the TT control group (P<0.05), and the teaching satisfaction survey was significantly higher than that of the traditional teaching group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of dental microscope is helpful to the understanding and mastery of theoretical knowledge, to improve the interest of medical students in oral science, to improve the teaching satisfaction, and to achieve good teaching results.
