目的 分析大鼠磨牙牙髓血运重建术后血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达及意义。方法 牙科显微镜下对大鼠下颌第一磨牙进行牙髓血运重建术,术后3周对磨牙组织进行HE染色分析,应用实时荧光定量PCR和免疫组化技术检测磨牙组织中VEGF基因和蛋白的表达,评估VEGF表达在磨牙牙髓血运重建术后的表达意义。结果 牙髓血运重建术后,可见根管内有丰富的血管新生,未见明显炎症细胞浸润,在组织结构上更接近正常牙髓结构。VEGF在正常磨牙组织、根尖周炎磨牙组织和牙髓血运重建术后的磨牙组织中均有表达,牙髓血运重建术后VEGFmRNA表达明显高于正常组织和根尖周炎磨牙组织(P<0.01)。VEGF蛋白表达水平高于正常组织和根尖周炎磨牙组织。结论 牙髓血运重建术可显著促进大鼠磨牙中VEGF的表达,从而促进牙髓中血管的生成,促进牙髓组织的修复。 |

Objective The study aimed to analyze the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) under dental microscope in rat molar pulp after revascularization. Methods Pulp revascularization was performed on the mandibular first molars of rats under dental microscope, and the molar tissues were analyzed by HE staining at 3 weeks after operation to evaluate the expression of VEGF expression in molar pulp after revascularization. Results After pulp revascularization, it can be seen that there was abundant angiogenesis in the root canal without obvious inflammatory cell infiltration, and the tissue structure was closer to the normal pulp structure. VEGF was expressed in normal molar tissue, periapical periodontitis molar tissue and molar tissue after pulp revascularization. The expression of VEGF mRNA after pulp revascularization was significantly higher than that in normal tissue and in root periapical molar tissue (P<0.01). The expression level of VEGF protein was higher than that in normal tissues and in molar tissues with apical periodontitis. Conclusion Pulp revascularization can significantly promote the expression of VEGF in rat molars, thereby promoting angiogenesis in the dental pulp and promoting the repair of dental pulp tissue. |
