目的 探讨防辐射口罩在颌面肿瘤患者精准125I粒子植入术后的防护效果。方法 选取颌面肿瘤患者精准125I粒子植入术后48例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各24例。试验组患者术后佩戴一种新型防辐射口罩,包含内衬层、放射防御层及无纺布层,中间内侧设计有口鼻分离区,分离区上侧有热塑性弹性体材料TPE制成的柔软弹性垫片,可以根据鼻梁塑性。对照组患者术后采用距离防辐射,比较两组患者及密接家属接受的辐射剂量及舒适量表评分。结果 试验组术后患者接受的辐射剂量远低于对照组,患者家属术后1个月、3个月接受的辐射剂量分别为-16.941、-18.479μSv/h,明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);术后6个月随着放射性粒子发射的γ射线的衰退,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。舒适量表评分对照组平均71分,试验组平均103分,试验组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 患者术后佩戴防辐射口罩,有效屏蔽125I粒子对外界的放射,避免患者家属发生电离辐射伤害,有利于患者的术后康复,提高患者及家属满意度。 |

Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of radiation mask on radiation protection after precise 125I seed implantation in patients with maxillofacial tumors. Methods 48 patients with maxillofacial tumors after 125I seed implantation were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group with 24 cases in each group. In the experimental group, patients wearing a self-designed radiation mask with three layers: a lining layer, a radiation defense layer and a non-woven fabric layer. The middle inner side was designed for mouth and nose separation area, and a soft elastic gasket made of thermoplastic elastomer material TPE on the separation area, which can be closely fitted according to the plasticity of the nose. In the control group, the patients received distance radiation protection after surgery, the radiation dose and comfort scale scores of the two groups and their close contact families were compared. Results The radiation dose received by the patients in the experimental group was much lower than that in the control group. The radiation dose received by the patients' families at one month and three months after the operation was-16.941 and-18.479 μSv/h respectively, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01); 6 months with the decline of radiation emission from radiation particles, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The average score of comfort scale was 103 in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (average score:71) (P<0.01). Conclusion Patients wore a radiation prevention mask after surgery, effectively shielding the external radiation of 125I particles, and avoiding ionized radiation injury to the patient's family members, which is conducive to the postoperative rehabilitation and improving the satisfaction of patients and their family members. |
