目的 探究Twin-block功能矫治联合固定矫治对安氏II类患者骨性指标及牙(牙合)指标的影响。方法 选取我院自2017年6月至2020年12月期间收治的53例安氏II类患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组(n=26)给予常规固定矫治治疗,观察组(n=27)在对照组基础上加以Twin-block功能矫治治疗,比较两组的面颌骨组织矫治效果、牙(牙合)矫治效果、气道改善效果、矫治时间及随访复发情况。结果 两组患者FH-NPo、Go-Me、Ar-Go、N-Me、S-Go、SNB、IMPA、NLA值均显著增大(P< 0.05),SNA、ANB、U1-NA、L1-MP值均显著减小(P< 0.05),患儿PAR指数各指标评分及总分均显著降低(P< 0.05),气道体积与气道横截面积均显著增加(P< 0.05),且观察组上述矫治指标改善显著优于对照组(P< 0.05);观察组平均矫治时间显著低于对照组(t=3.925,P< 0.05)。结论 Twin-block功能矫治联合固定矫治可显著改善安氏II类患者面颌部骨组织发育,促进牙齿正常建(牙合),扩大口腔空间,改善气道功能,矫治时间短,值得推荐。 |

Objective The study aimed to explore the effect of Twin-block functional correction combined with fixed orthodontics on the osseous indicators and malocclusion indicators in patients with Angle Class II malocclusion. Methods 53 cases of patients with Angle Class II malocclusion admitted to the hospital between June 2017 and December 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method. The control group (n=26) was given routine fixed orthodontics, and the observation group (n=27) was additionally treated with Twin-block functional correction on the basis of the control group. The correction effect of facial and maxillary tissues, correction effect of malocclusion, airway improvement effect, correction time and follow-up recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The FH-NPo, Ar-Go, N-Me, S-Go, SNB, IMPA and NLA in the two groups of patients were increased significantly after correction (P<0.05) while the SNA, ANB, U1-NA and L1-MP were significantly reduced (P<0.05), the scores of PAR indexes and total score were significantly reduced in the two groups (P<0.05), the airway volume and cross-sectional area of the two groups were significantly expanded (P<0.05), and the above correction effect of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05); The average correction time was significantly shorter in observation group than that in control group. Conclusion Twin-block functional correction combined with fixed orthodontics can significantly improve the development of facial and maxillary tissues, promote normal tooth occlusion, expand oral space, and improve airway function of patients with Angle Class II malocclusion, and it has a short correction time, which is worth recommending. |
