      目的 比较不同根管疏通锉对XP-Endo Shaper (XPS)镍钛系统预备磨牙弯曲根管效果的影响。方法 收集上颌第一和第二恒磨牙共45颗,取近中或远中颊根管,随机分3组。实验组为M3-Path+XPS组(M组)和PathFile+XPS组(P组),对照组为K锉+XPS组(K组),分别以机用镍钛器械M3-Path、PathFile和K锉进行根管疏通,最后用XPS镍钛系统以标准技术法预备至#30/04。记录3组的根管预备时间、预备锉的形变情况、根管偏移量和根尖碎屑推出量。结果 ① K组的根管预备时间最长平均为87.40 s,M组时间最短平均为68.33 s,组间比较差异无统计学意义。② K组XPS锉的形变数量最多(2支),M组和P组最少(1支),组间无统计学差异。③ M组和P组分别在距离根尖2 mm (分别为0.04 mm和0.05 mm)和4 mm(两组皆为0.08 mm)处近远中向根管偏移量小于K组(在2 mm和4 mm处分别为0.11 mm和0.14 mm),K组与其余2组比较差异皆有统计学意义。④ K组根尖碎屑推出量最多(0.53 mg),M组最少(0.19 mg)。K组与其余2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论 使用M3-Path或PathFile镍钛器械进行根管疏通,既可以减少XPS镍钛锉的形变,又可以有效减少根尖偏移量和根尖碎屑推出量。

      Objective The study aimed to compare the effects of several glide path techniques on XPEndo Shaper shaping outcomes in curved molar canals. Methods Mesiobuccal or distobuccal canals of 45 extracted human maxillary molars were randomly divided into 3 groups( K-file+XPS group, M3-Path group and PathFile group) with 15 canals each. Glide path preparations were performed using stainless steel manual K-files, M3-Path and Pathfile. Final canal preparation of all 45 canals was performed with XP-Endo Shaper #30/04. All data including time required in glide path and shaping preparation, deformation of XP-Endo Shaper, canal transportation and apical debris extrusion were recorded. Results ① K group exhibited the longest average preparation time of 87.40s, while M group had the least average preparation time of 68.33s. But there were no significant differences between groups. ② K group had the highest number of XPS deformation (2 files), while M group and P group had the lowest number (1 file) of XPS deformation. There were no statistically differences between groups. ③ M group and P group had significantly fewer canal transportation in distobuccal direction at 2 mm (0.04 mm and 0.05 mm, respectively) and 4mm (0.08 mm in M and P group) level from apex than K group (0.11 mm and 0.14 mm, respectively). ④ K group had the greatest apical debris extrusion (0.53 mg), while M group had the least apical debris extrusion (0.19 mg). K group had significantly greater apical debris extrusion compared with M group and P group. Conclusion Compared with using K-file as glide path preparation, using M3-Path and PathFile not only reduced the deformation rate of XPEndo Shaper, but also had less canal transportation and less apical debris extrusion.
