      目的 研究紫外线光功能化对二氧化纳米管钛表面改性钛种植体骨结合的影响。方法 采用预阳极氧化法制备二氧化钛(TiO2)纳米管表面改性钛种植体,并用波长为250 nm、功率为2mW/cm2紫外线(UVA)对种植体进行处理。将种植体植入SD大鼠股骨,12周后取含种植体骨组织制作组织切片,通过显微镜观察种植体周围骨组织形成情况并计算骨结合率。结果UVA处理组种植体周围新生骨组织多于未UVA处理组,且更致密。UVA处理组和未UVA处理组的骨结合率分别为(72.21±10.42)%和(44.98±9.62)%,两组之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<.05)。结论UVA光功能化TiO2纳米管表面改性有助于促进钛种植体骨结合。
英文摘要:
      Objective The aim of this study was to study the effect of UVA photofunetionalization on the osseointegration of titanium implants modified with titanium nanotubes. Methods Titanium dioxide nanotube (TiO2) surface modified titanium implants were prepared by preanodization, and the implants were treated with UVA (wavelength: 250nm, power: 2 mW/cm2). The implant was implanted into the femur of SD rats. After 12 weeks, the bone tissue containing the implant was taken to make tissue sections. The formation of bone tissue around the implant was observed by microscope and the bone binding rate was calculated. Results The new bone tissue around the implant in UVA treated group was more dense than that in the non UVA treated group. The osseo integration rate of the UVA treated group and the non UVA treated group were (72.21±10.42)% and (44.98±9.62)%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The surface modification of UVA photofunctionalized TiO2 nanotube was helpful to promote the osseointegration of titanium implant.
