目的 通过体外实验, 探讨白色念珠菌和变形链球菌对钴铬合金和镍铬合金耐腐蚀性能的影响。方法 将 10 mm×10 mm×2 mm 的钴铬合金和镍铬合金试片高度抛光后分别浸泡于实验组(A 组:白色念珠菌组, B 组:变形链球菌组) 及对照组(C 组:BHI 培养液组) 中 8 周, 应用电化学法测定各组试件片的自腐蚀电流(Icorr) 及极化电阻(Rp), 并利用扫描电镜观察表面形态。结果 电化学法显示钴铬合各组的 Icorr 依次为 A 组 >B 组 >C 组, Rp 结果显示 A 组 < B 组 < C 组, 上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。扫描电镜结果显示:钴铬合金和镍铬合金组的表面形态与 C 组相比明显粗糙。此外, 电化学实验结果还显示了两种齿科合金耐腐蚀性能有所不同。镍铬合金 A 组/B 组/C 组的 Icorr > 钴铬合金, 而 Rp< 钴铬合金,上述差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 白色念珠菌、变形链球菌对钴铬合金和镍铬合金有腐蚀作用,相同条件下钴铬合金耐腐蚀性能优于镍铬合金。 |

Objective To investigate the effects of Candida albicans and Streptococcus mutans on the corrosion resistance of cobalt-chromium (Co-Cr) and nickel-chromium (Ni-Cr) alloys in vitro experiments. Methods The 10 mm×10 mm×2 mm Co-Cr and Ni-Cr alloy specimens were highly polished and soaked in the experimental group (group A:Candida albicans, group B:Streptococcus mutans) and control group (group C:BHI culture liquid) for 8 weeks. Self-corrosion current density (Icorr) and polarization resistance (Rp) of each specimen were determined by the electrochemical method, and the surface morphology was observed with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results Electrochemical method showed that the Icorr of Co- Cr and Ni- Cr were A>B>C and Rp were Acorr of Ni-Cr in group A, B, and C was greater than that of Co-Cr, and the Rp of Ni-Cr in group A, B, and C was smaller than that of Co-Cr, which had a statistically significant difference. Conclusions Candida albicans and Streptococcus mutans had corrosive effects on Co-Cr and Ni-Cr, and the corrosion resistance of Co-Cr under the same conditions was better than that of Ni-Cr. |
