      目的 自主研发外置式口腔综合治疗台水路消毒装置,比较水路消毒前后细菌菌落数的变化,评价水路消毒的效果。方法 设计并制作口腔综合治疗台水路消毒装置,随机选取5台口腔综合治疗台,运用该消毒装置的程序控制实现消毒流程,并采集高速机头和三用枪出口水样将消毒前后的细菌菌落数进行对比,应用配对t检验开展统计学分析。结果 成功制作口腔综合治疗台水路消毒装置,在使用该自动消毒装置对水路进行消毒后,高速手机及三用枪出口水样细菌菌落总数相对于消毒前明显减少,达到口腔医疗用水的标准,消毒前后菌落数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自制的自动消毒装置可以有效减少细菌污染,为患者提供安全的临床用水;比传统手工消毒更加便捷、有效、安全,值得推广应用。
英文摘要:
      Objective To assess the water disinfection effect of an independently developed external waterway disinfection device for dental unit waterlines by comparing changes in the number of bacterial colonies before and after water disinfection. Method Design and manufacture of waterlines disinfection for dental unit, and five dental units were randomly selected, the programme control of the disinfection device was used to achieve the disinfection process. The bacterial colony counts before and after disinfection were compared by collecting water samples from the outputs of the high-speed air driven handpiece and three purpose spray gun, and the paired t-test was applied to conduct the statistical analysis. Result The water line disinfection for dental unit was successfully produced. After using the automatic disinfection device to disinfect the waterline, the total number of bacterial colonies in the water samples in the outlet of the high-speed air driven handpiece and three-purpose spray gun was significantly reduced relative to the pre-disinfection period, which reached the standard for medical oral water. The difference in the number of colonies before and after disinfection was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion This self-designed automatic disinfection device can effectively reduce bacterial contamination and provide patients with safe clinical water. It is more convenient, effective and safer than traditional manual disinfection, and is worthy of promotion and application.
