目的 分析在门诊口腔护理教学中应用以疾病为导向的案例教学法结合Mini Quest教学模式应用效果。方法 选择2022年6月至2024年2月期间68名于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院口腔综合科实习的口腔护理方向实习生,将其随机分为两组,对照组34例,按照传统教学法教学;实验组34例,应用以疾病为导向的案例教学法结合Mini Quest教学模式,教学完成后4周分别对比两组学生的理论和实践考核成绩以及评判性思维能力的情况,应用SPSS 25.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果 实验组学生的理论和实践考核成绩分别为82.53±6.43和79.32±9.86,高于对照组76.48±7.62和71.22±8.49,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组学生的思维评判能力显著高于对照组 (P<0.001)。结论 以疾病为导向的案例教学法结合Mini Quest教学法应用于门诊口腔护理实习教学,能够提高学生理论和实践考核成绩、提升评判性思维能力,改善教学效果,值得进一步推广。 |

Objective To analyze the effects of disease-oriented case teaching combined with Mini Quest method in outpatient oral care teaching. Methods Sixty-eight oral care interns who interned in the Department of General Dentistry at Ninth People's Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from June 2022 to February 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the teaching mode: in the control group, 34 interns were taught according to the traditional teaching method, and the other 34 interns in the experimental group were taught according to the disease-oriented case teaching combined with the Mini Quest method. Four weeks after the completion of the teaching, the theoretical and practical assessment results and critical thinking skills of the two groups were compared, and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software. Results The theoretical and practical assessment scores of the experimental group were 82.53±6.43 and 79.32±9.86, which were higher than those of the control group 76.48±7.62 and 71.22±8.49, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Besides, the critial thinking of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.001). Conclusions The application of disease-oriented case teaching combined with the Mini Quest method in outpatient oral care teaching can enhance the teaching effect with improving students' theoretical and practical assessment performance and critical thinking ability, which improves the teaching effect and is worthy of further promotion. |
