      目的 研究一种光致变色释氟性窝沟封闭剂的理化性能。方法 实验组选择自制的由二甲基丙烯酸二异氰酸酯、三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、樟脑醌、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、二氧化硅、释氟剂和二芳基乙烯化合物等成分组成的新型窝沟封闭剂,对照组为3M ESPE Clinpro Sealant窝沟封闭剂,对两种材料分别进行剪切粘接强度、挠曲强度、固化深度、固化时间及溶出氟含量的测试,运用扫描电镜观察窝沟封闭牙齿侧切剖面的情况。结果 实验材料与对照材料的剪切粘接强度分别为(19.73±1.91)MPa和(19.37±4.03)MPa(P>0.05);挠曲强度分别为(90.35±1.04)MPa和(72.04±0.83)MPa(P<0.05);固化深度分别为(2.54±0.07)mm和(2.73±0.12)mm(P<0.05);固化时间为(10.2±0.28)s和(11.5±0.27)s(P<0.05);3个月累积溶出氟含量分别为0.0328%和0.0478%。扫描电镜结果表明,两种窝沟封闭剂均能到达窝沟深处,具有良好的流动性,具有较好的封闭效果。结论 新型的光致变色释氟性窝沟封闭剂具有优异的理化性能和良好的临床应用潜能。

      Objective To study the physicochemical properties of photochromic fluoride-releasing pit and fissure sealant. Methods The new pit and fissure sealant of the experimental group that composed of UDMA, TEGDMA, camphorquinon, butylated hydroxytoluene, silicon dioxide, fluorine-releasing agent, and diarylethene compounds were prepared. The control group was 3M ESPE Clinpro Sealant. The shear bond strength, flexural strength, curing depth, curing time, and released fluoride content of the two materials were measured, and the lateral section of the teeth sealed with pit and fissure sealant was observed by scanning electron microscope. Results The results showed that for the experimental and control materials, the shear adhesion strength was (19.73± 1.91) MPa and (19.37±4.03) MPa (P>0.05); the flexural strength was (90.35±1.04) MPa and (72.04±0.83) MPa (P<0.05); the curing depth was (2.54±0.07) mm and (2.73±0.12) mm (P<0.05); the curing time was (10.2±0.28) s and (11.5±0.27) s (P<0.05); the cumulative fluoride dissolution after 3 months was 0.0328% and 0.0478%, respectively. Scanning electron microscopy results showed that both pit and fissure sealants could penetrate far into the fissures, with high fluidity and a good sealing effect. Conclusion This study successfully developed a novel photochromic fluoride releasing pit and fissure sealant, which exhibits excellent physicochemical properties and potential for clinical application.
