| ChatGPT自发布以来即对教育领域产生巨大冲击，口腔医学教育领域也必将受其影响。本文基于口腔医学的学科教育背景与特点，首先探讨了 ChatGPT在个性化教学设计、临床与教学有机结合、帮助学生平衡学业与科研、减轻口腔医学教育者负担等方面的潜在应用价值。同时也指出了应用 ChatGPT时的局限性和潜在问题，如时效性不足和学术诚信问题。其次对四川大学华西口腔医学院本科专任教师和学生进行问卷调查，并根据调查结果提出改革建议。面对ChatGPT带来的变革和挑战，口腔教育者应着力培养学生的高阶思维和综合能力，在新医科背景下积极适应新技术，有效利用ChatGPT推动口腔医学教育的改革与发展。 |

| Since its release, ChatGPT has had a profound impact on the field of education, including stomatological education. This study explores the potential applications of ChatGPT in the context of dental education, considering its unique academic background and characteristics. The study examines the potential roles of ChatGPT in personalized teaching design, the integration of clinical practice with education, assisting students in balancing academics and research, and alleviating the workload of dental educators. Additionally, it highlights the limitations and challenges associated with ChatGPT, such as issues of timeliness and academic integrity. A questionnaire survey was conducted among undergraduate faculty and students at West China School of Stomatology, Sichuan University, and reform recommendations were proposed based on the survey results. In response to the transformations and challenges brought by ChatGPT, dental educators should focus on fostering students’higher-order thinking skills and comprehensive abilities. In the era of emerging medical disciplines, it is crucial to adapt to new technologies and effectively leverage ChatGPT to advance the reform and development of stomatological education. |
