目的 研究循环疲劳装置的转速、扭矩、进入角度及弯曲半径等因素对开口锉抗循环疲劳性能的影响。方法 使用Woride开口锉82支、M3-Pro开口锉10支、Hyflex CM开口锉10支,设定不同的转速、扭矩、进入角度以及弯曲半径。将开口锉置入循环疲劳装置中,使用秒表记录开口锉从开始旋转到发生折断的时间,计算循环疲劳转数,运用统计软件SPSS 29.0对数据进行统计学分析。结果 在300rpm、375rpm、425rpm、500rpm转速下的循环疲劳转数之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在2.1N·cm、3.0N·cm、3.9N·cm扭矩下的循环疲劳转数之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),扭矩越高,循环疲劳转数越低。开口锉进入不同根管角0°、10°、20°下,角度越大,循环疲劳转数越低(P<0.05)。根管弯曲半径5 mm比3 mm的循环疲劳转数高(P<0.05),在同种弯曲半径下,三种不同型号的开口锉的抗循环疲劳性能之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),Hy‐flex CM优于M3-Pro和Woride。结论 转速会影响开口锉发生器械分离的时间,但不会影响循环疲劳转数。扭矩、进入根管的角度、根管的弯曲半径的不同会显著影响开口锉抗循环疲劳性能。 |

Objective To investigate the effects of rotation speed, torque, access angle, and canal curvature radius on the cyclic fatigue resistance of orifice openers using an in vitro cyclic fatigue testing device. Methods A total of 82 Woride, 10 M3-Pro, and 10 HyFlex CM orifice openers were tested under various conditions of rotation speed, torque, access angle, and curvature radius. Each file was inserted into a cyclic fatigue testing apparatus, and the time from the start of rotation to file fracture was recorded using a stopwatch. The number of cycles to failure (NCF) was then calculated. Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 29.0. Results There was no statistically significant difference in NCF among rotation speeds of 300 rpm, 375 rpm, 425 rpm, and 500 rpm (P>0.05). However, torque levels of 2.1 N·cm, 3.0 N·cm, and 3.9 N·cm showed statistically significant differences in NCF (P<0.05), with higher torque correlating with lower NCF. Increasing access angles (0°, 10°, 20°) were associated with a significant decrease in NCF (P< 0.05). Files tested with a canal curvature radius of 5 mm demonstrated higher NCF than those with a 3 mm radius (P< 0.05). Under the same curvature radius, significant differences in fatigue resistance were found among the three file types (P<0.05), with HyFlex CM showing superior performance compared to M3-Pro and Woride. Conclusion Rotation speed influences the time to file separation but does not significantly affect the number of cycles to failure. In contrast, torque, access angle, and canal curvature radius significantly impact the cyclic fatigue resistance of orifice openers. |
