      目的 比较C-Root SP与i-Root SP两种不同根管封闭剂结合热牙胶垂直加压充填技术应用于下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管充填治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取需行根管治疗的下颌第二磨牙C形根管患牙86颗,随机分为两组,分别使用不同的根管封闭剂,即i-Root SP和C-Root SP组。比较两组患牙根管充填时间、X线片检查术后即刻充填效果、术后疼痛及6个月短期疗效。结果 i-Root SP组和C-Root SP组充填操作时间分别为(196.05±24.69)s和(204.67±29.36)s。治疗后患者恰填、欠填、超填例数i-Root SP组分别为39例、1例和3例,C-Root SP组分别为36例、2例和5例,两组充填时间和效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后疼痛在1、3、7 d随着时间推移均逐渐减轻,但在不同时间点(1、3、7 d)两组疼痛程度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后6个月疗效评价i-Root SP组治疗总有效率为97.67%,C-Root SP组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 C-Root SP和i-Root SP结合热牙胶垂直加压充填技术均能有效应用于C形根管填充治疗,值得临床推广。

      Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of two root canal sealers, C-Root SP and i-Root SP, when used in combination with the warm vertical compaction technique for the treatment of C-shaped root canals in mandibular second permanent molars. Methods A total of 86 mandibular second molars with C-shaped root canals requiring endodontic treatment were selected and randomly assigned to two groups: the i-Root SP group and the C-Root SP group. Clinical parameters compared between the two groups included root canal filling time, immediate postoperative radiographic quality, postoperative pain, and short-term therapeutic effect at 6 months. Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0. Results The mean filling operation times were (196.05 ±24.69) s in the i-Root SP group and (204.67 ±29.36) s in the C-Root SP group. Radiographic evaluation showed 39 cases of adequate fill, 1 underfill, and 3 overfills in the i-Root SP group, and 36, 2, and 5 cases respectively in the C-Root SP group. No statistically significant differences were observed between the groups in filling operation time or radiographic outcomes (P>0.05). Postoperative pain decreased gradually over 1, 3, and 7 days in both groups, with no significant difference in pain degree between the groups at any time point (P>0.05). At the 6- month follow-up, the total effective rates were 97.67% for the i-Root SP group and 95.35% for the C-Root SP group, with no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Both C-Root SP and i-Root SP, when used with the warm vertical compaction technique, are effective in the treatment of C-shaped root canals in mandibular second molars and are suitable for clinical application.
