目的 探究iRoot BP与矿物三氧化物凝聚体(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)封闭年轻恒牙根管的临床效果,分析其对牙齿发育以及咀嚼功能的影响。方法 纳入120例于2020年6月~2023年6月在洪泽区人民医院接受牙髓血运重建术的患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)与观察组(60例),对照组使用MTA封闭根管,观察组使用iRoot BP封闭根管上段,治疗1年后,比较两组治疗效果、牙根发育情况(牙根发育分型、牙根长度、牙根管壁厚度)、美观、牙齿色泽和咀嚼功能,观察两组并发症(疼痛、感染、牙根钙化、牙根发育不良)发生情况。结果 治疗6个月后,观察组临床疗效为95.00%,优于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05);观察组牙根发育分型优于对照组,牙根长度、牙根管壁厚度均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组牙齿色泽、咀嚼功能均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.00%低于对照组的33.33%(P<0.05)。结论 iRoot BP材料在改善年轻恒牙牙根发育,增加牙齿美观度与咀嚼功能方面较MTA材料表现更好,且并发症低,值得推荐。 |

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of iRoot BP compared to mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA) in sealing root canals of young permanent teeth, and to analyze their effects on tooth development and masticatory function. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent pulp revascularization from June 2020 to June 2023 were enrolled. According to a random number table, patients were divided into a control group (n= 60, MTA for root canal sealing) and an observation group (n= 60, iRoot BP for sealing the upper segment of the root canal). After one year of treatment, clinical efficacy, root development indicators (root development type, root length, root canal wall thickness), tooth aesthetics, tooth color, masticatory function, and complications (pain, infection, root canal calcification, root dysplasia) were compared between the two groups. Results After 6 months of treatment, the clinical efficacy rate in the observation group was 95.00%, significantly higher than that in the control group (81.67%) (P<0.05). The observation group showed better root development types, greater root length, and thicker root canal walls compared to the control group (P<0.05). Tooth color and masticatory function were also superior in the observation group (P<0.05). The complication rate in the observation group was 10.00%, significantly lower than 33.33% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with MTA, iRoot BP demonstrates better clinical outcomes in promoting root development, improving tooth aesthetics, and masticatory function in young permanent teeth, with fewer complications. It is a highly recommended material for clinical application. |
