      目的 探索两种牙科树脂材料修复Ⅱ类洞牙体缺损后对牙周健康和龈沟液炎症因子及预后的影响。方法 选取2019年5月至2024年1月期间收治的110例Ⅱ类洞牙体缺损患者,根据分层随机化随机数字表法分为2组,对照组55例采用Filtek Z350纳米树脂修复,观察组55例采用SonicFill超声树脂充填,比较两组修复后1个月、3个月的修复体合格率、咬合力、咀嚼效率、牙周健康指数、龈沟液炎症因子水平以及总有效率。结果 两组的CRP、IL-6和TNF-α水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而观察组总有效率(96.36%)以及牙龈状况合格率(98.18%)、牙龈健康状况合格率(100.00%)、颜色匹配合格率(96.36%)、修复体完整度合格率(100.00%)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。修复后 1个月([72.95±4.62)%]和 3个月([81.23±3.32)%]的咀嚼效率、1 个月([101.13±8.92)Ibs]和 3 个月([126.68±11.32)Ibs]的咬合力、修复后 1 个月([1.34±0.48)分]和 3 个月([0.31±0.06)分]的 GI评分、1个月([1.07±0.26)分]和 3个月([0.44±0.07)分]的 PI评分的改善情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 SonicFill超声树脂用于Ⅱ类洞牙体缺损修复的效果更为显著,更能够减轻恢复牙周健康,获取理想效果。

      Objective To evaluate the effects of different resin materials used in the restoration of Class II cavities on periodontal health, inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid, and overall prognosis. Methods A total of 110 patients with Class II dental defects were enrolled between May 2019 and January 2024 and randomLy divided into two groups. The control group (n = 55) received Filtek Z350 nano-resin restorations, while the observation group (n = 55) received SonicFill ultrasonic resin. At one and three months post-restoration, clinical outcomes were compared, including the restoration qualification rate, bite force, chewing efficiency, periodontal indices, levels of inflammatory factors, and total efficacy. Results There was no significant difference in CRP, IL-6, and TNF-α levels between groups (P > 0.05). However, the overall efficacy rate (96.36%), as well as gingival condition qualification (98.18%), gingival health (100.00%), color match (96.36%), and restoration integrity (100.00%), were all higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Additionally, improvements in chewing efficiency, bite force, gingival index (GI), and plaque index (PI) at 1 and 3 months post-treatment were significantly better in the observation group compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion SonicFill ultrasonic resin provides superior clinical performance in the restoration of Class II cavities, improving periodontal outcomes and functional indicators more effectivel.
