| 目的 分析多功能正畸保持器盒在正畸护理中的应用效果。方法 依照随机数字表法，将临床收治的52例正畸患者，分为观察组和对照组各26例。观察组使用多功能正畸保持器盒（专利号为：ZL 20222 0495909.9），对照组选用传统正畸保持器盒，观察两组患者的保持器重制率、佩戴保持器第1、3、6个月的软垢指数（DI）、牙石指数（CI）、菌斑指数（PLI）及保持器组织面软垢指数（RI）的变化。结果 观察组患者保持器因丢失及损伤而造成的重制率（15.38%，）明显低于对照组（42.31%），两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；佩戴保持器后 1 个月、3 个月和 6 个月，观察组的 DI 分别为 0.64±0.17、1.19±0.25 和 1.37±0.29，CI 分别为 0.54±0.13、1.16±0.25及 1.27±0.23，也均明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组 PLI及 RI同样均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在正畸护理中应用多功能正畸保持器盒，可有效降低正畸保持阶段的患者保持器因丢失及损伤而出现的重制现象，改善患者口腔卫生情况。 |

| Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of a multifunctional orthodontic retainer box in orthodontic care. Methods A total of 52 orthodontic patients were randomLy divided into two groups (n=26 each) using a random number table. The observation group used a multifunctional orthodontic retainer box [Patent No. Zl2022 2 0495909.9], while the control group used a traditional retainer box. The remake rate of retainers and changes in dental plaque index (DI), calculus index (CI), plaque index (PLI). and retainer internal surfaces of plaque index (RI) were recorded at 1, 3, and 6 months after retainer use. Results The observation group showed significantly lower remake rate due to retainer loss or damage (15.38%) compared to the control group (42.31%) (P < 0.05). At each follow-up point (l, 3, and 6 months), DI and CI values in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Similarly, PLI and RI scores were also lower in the observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The multifunctional orthodontic retainer box effectively reduces retainer loss or damage and improves oral hygiene during the orthodontic retention phase. |
