| 目的 运用广义估计模型(GEE)评估邻面边缘提升术中不同牙科复合树脂的选择对磨牙龈下缺损高嵌体修复效果及牙周健康的影响。方法 选取在我院受治疗的磨牙龈下缺损患者(213例)为研究对象,根据邻面边缘提升术中复合树脂的不同,分为A组(73例):松风F10树脂+F00;B组(75例):松风F10树脂+3M Filtek TM Z350XT树脂;对照组选择松风F10树脂(65例)。倾向性评分匹配调整均衡性,比较3组患者的临床资料,建立邻面边缘提升术中不同复合树脂的对磨牙龈下缺损高嵌体修复效果及牙周健康的影响的GEE模型。结果 修复后,A组、B组和对照三组的总有效率分别为96.55%、94.83%和77.59%,A组和B组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。A组和B组USPHS评分中崩裂、继发龋、牙龈健康、总分等方面均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,A组和B组的OHIP评分以及GI、SBI、PLI、AL、PD评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。由GEE分析结果可知:治疗后OHIP、GI、SBI、PLI分数降低,AL、PD数值也降低,且A组和B组降低量的绝对值高于对照组,交互作用具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在邻面边缘提升术中,松风F10树脂与F00或3M Filtek TM Z350XT树脂的组合在治疗磨牙龈下缺损、改善牙周健康方面均有良好的临床表现。 |

| Objective To evaluate, using a generalized estimating equation(GEE) model, the influence of different dental composite resins applied during the proximal box elevation(PBE) technique on the repair outcomes of subgingival molar defects and periodontal health. Methods A total of 213 patients with subgingival molar defects treated in our hospital were included and divided into three groups based on the restorative resin used: Group A(SHOFU F10 + F00; n=73), Group B(SHOFU F10 + 3M FiltekTM Z350 XT; n=75), and the control group(SHOFU F10; n=65). Propensity score matching was applied to ensure baseline comparability among groups. Clinical data of the three groups were compared, and a GEE model was constructed to assess the effects of different composite resins on restorative efficacy and periodontal health. Results The total effective rates for Groups A, B, and the control group were 96.55%, 94.83%, and 77.59%, respectively, with Groups A and B showing significantly better outcomes(P<0.05). USPHS scores-including fracture, secondary caries, gingival health, and total score-were higher in Groups A and B than in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, Groups A and B exhibited significantly lower OHIP, GI, SBI, PLI, AL, and PD scores compared with the control group(P<0.05). GEE analysis revealed significant reductions in all parameters post-treatment, with greater improvements observed in Groups A and B(P<0.05). Conclusion During the proximal box elevation procedure, the combinations of SHOFU F10 with either F00 or 3M FiltekTM Z350 XT resins demonstrate superior clinical performance in restoring subgingival molar defects and improving periodontal health. |
