| 目的 探究浓缩生长因子(CGF)联合Bio-Oss骨粉在上颌磨牙区牙齿种植修复中对成骨能力和感觉神经动作电位的影响。方法 选取110例行上颌窦外提升同期种植体植入术患者,按照随机数字表法,对照组55例植入Bio-Oss骨粉,观察组55例植入Bio-Oss骨粉联合CGF。对比两组患者术后拔牙窝骨量增加、牙龈健康、骨结合、感觉神经动作电位及种植成功率。结果 观察组的种植成功率和牙窝骨增量[100%,(3.48±0.82) mm]显著高于对照组[92.73%,(2.73±0.73) mm](P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组的骨密度和牙槽骨唇舌向宽度[(1.73±0.28) g/cm3;(6.62±0.34) mm]显著高于对照组[(1.47±0.41) g/cm3;(6.11±0.38) mm](P<0.05);观察组的骨厚度[(2.97±0.52) mm]显著低于对照组[(2.79±0.49) mm](P<0.05);观察组的PD水平、种植体周围骨组织高度、ISQ值[(2.82±0.42) mm;(0.85±0.21) mm;(72.53±6.04) mm]显著高于对照组[(2.34±0.39) mm;(0.99±0.28) mm;(65.91±7.39) mm](P<0.05)。术后6个月两组患者不同强度刺激下感觉神经动作电位均比术前上升,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CGF引导骨组织再生术在上颌磨牙区牙齿种植中不仅增强成骨能力和口腔软组织再生能力,而且还修复牙槽神经功能。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of concentrated growth factor(CGF) combined with BioOss bone powder on osteogenic activity and sensory nerve action potential in maxillary molar implant restoration. Methods A total of 110 patients undergoing simultaneous implant placement with external maxillary sinus lift were randomly divided into two groups. The control group(n=55) received Bio-Oss bone powder alone, whereas the observation group(n=55) received Bio-Oss combined with autologous CGF. Postoperative bone augmentation, gingival health, osseointegration, sensory nerve action potential, and implant success rate were compared between groups. Results The observation group achieved a significantly higher implant success rate(100% vs. 92.73%) and greater alveolar bone gain(3.48±0.82 mm vs. 2.73±0.73 mm) than the control group(P<0.05). At six months postoperatively, bone mineral density and alveolar ridge width were markedly higher in the observation group(1.73±0.28 g/cm3; 6.62±0.34 mm) than in the control group(1.47±0.41 g/cm3; 6.11±0.38 mm)(P<0.05). The bone thickness in the observation group(2.97±0.52) mm was significantly lower than that in the control group(2.79±0.49) mm(P<0.05). The observation group showed significantly higher PD levels(2.82±0.42) mm, peri-implant bone tissue height(0.85±0.21)mm, and ISQ values(72.53±6.04) than the control group(2.34±0.39) mm;(0.99±0.28) mm;(65.91±7.39)(P<0.05). At six months after surgery, sensory nerve action potentials at different stimulus intensities increased in both groups compared with preoperative values, and the observation group showed higher potentials than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion CGF-guided bone regeneration in maxillary molar implant restoration not only enhances osteogenesis and oral soft-tissue regeneration, but also improves alveolar nerve function. |
