      目的 分析镍钛根管锉在根管预备过程中的弯曲应力分布情况,预测根管锉的弯曲疲劳寿命,预防根管预备中根管锉的弯曲疲劳断裂。方法 运用3D绘图软件构建了根管锉和根管的三维几何模型,通过有限元分析软件计算根管锉插入根管后受到的弯曲应力分布并据此计算其弯曲疲劳寿命。结果 不同条件下根管锉的最大弯曲应力差别很小,处于(500±10) MPa,平均离散系数<2%;而疲劳循环寿命差异显著,在300~7000次应变循环之间,平均离散系数>20%。结论 采用有限元分析可获得根管锉在特定根管预备时的应许使用寿命,临床实践中应根据镍钛器械的最小弯曲疲劳寿命而非最大弯曲应力来预判其应许的最大旋转周数。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyze the flexural stress distribution of nickel-titanium(NiTi) endodontic files during root canal preparation and to predict their flexural fatigue life, thereby preventing bending fatigue fracture. Methods A three-dimensional(3D) geometric model of the root canal and NiTi endodontic file was established using 3D drawing software. The flexural stress and fatigue life distributions of the file after insertion into the root canal were calculated by finite element analysis. Results Under different conditions, the maximum bending stress of the endodontic files varied only slightly, with values ranging within(500±10) MPa and an average coefficient of variation <2%. However, the flexural fatigue life showed a much greater difference, ranging from 300 to 7000 strain cycles, with an average coefficient of variation >20%. Conclusion In clinical practice, the allowable service life of a nickel-titanium endodontic file should be determined based on its minimum bending fatigue life rather than its maximum bending stress. Finite element analysis can therefore provide a reliable theoretical basis for predicting the fatigue life and safe number of rotations of NiTi endodontic instruments during root canal preparation.
