| 目的 对比3种材料填充修复牙颈部楔状缺损的疗效。方法 收集120颗牙颈部楔状缺损患牙,分别采用SonicFill超声树脂、3M 350 XT通用树脂及Beautifil Flow Plus F00流动树脂填充修复缺损。治疗后6个月、12个月和24个月复查,以改良的美国公共健康部(USPHS)制定的评定系统标准记录修复效果,并采用SPSS 28.0软件进行统计学分析。结果 SonicFill超声树脂组患牙填充修复操作时间[(181.31±57.88)s]低于3M 350 XT通用树脂[(248.19±69.70) s]和Beautifil Flow Plus F00组[(252.69±95.22) s](P>0.05)。3组患者治疗后满意度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗后6个月、12个月和24个月的复查中,3组患者充填体脱落、边缘着色、继发龋及术后敏感的发生率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。然而,随访24个月后,SonicFill超声树脂组的修复成功率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),显示出更可靠的远期疗效。结论 相较于3M350 XT通用树脂及Beautifil Flow Plus F00流动树脂材料,SonicFill超声树脂修复牙颈部楔状缺损时操作时间更短,且远期疗效更可靠,是修复牙颈部楔状缺损较理想选择。 |

| Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of different resin materials-3M FiltekTM Z350 composite resin, Beautiful Flow Plus F00 flowable resin, and SonicFill ultrasonic resin-in restoring cervical wedge-shaped defects. Methods A total of 120 wedge-shaped defects treated from 2022 to 2024 were collected and randomly assigned to three groups: group A(SonicFill resin repair), group B(3M FiltekTM Z350 composite resin repair), and group C(Beautiful Flow Plus F00 flowable resin repair), with 40 teeth in each group. All patients were reexamined at 6 m, 12 m, and 24 m post-treatment. The restorations were evaluated according to the modified evaluation criteria established by the United States Public Health Service(USPHS). Statistical analysis was performed using IBM SPSS Statistics(Version 28.0). Results The mean operation time for the SonicFill resin group([181.31±57.88] s) was significantly shorter than that of the 3M FiltekTM Z350 group([248.19± 69.70] s) and the Beautiful Flow Plus F00 group([252.69±95.22] s)(P<0.05). At 6, 12, and 24 months after treatment, there were no significant differences among the three groups in the rates of filling loss, marginal discoloration, secondary caries, or postoperative sensitivity(P>0.05). After a 2-year follow-up, the SonicFill group demonstrated a significantly higher restoration success rate than the other two groups(P<0.05), indicating more stable long-term performance. Conclusion SonicFill ultrasonic resin demonstrates superior clinical efficacy in restoring cervical wedge-shaped defects, with a shorter operative time and better long-term stability. It may serve as a preferred material for restoring wedge-shaped defects in the cervical region of teeth. |
