      目的 探讨不同注油时长对牙科手机灭菌后油包发生及使用故障率的影响。方法 选取2024年下半年成都市第二人民医院口腔科门诊正常使用的143件牙科手机为研究对象,按时间顺序分为对照组(2024年9月)和实验组(2024年10月)。对照组采用2 s注油时长,实验组采用1 s注油时长,均使用同一台全自动牙科手机清洗注油一体机进行处理。观察指标包括油包发生率、油包程度及使用故障率,并进行统计分析。结果 实验组油包发生率1.04%,显著低于对照组的12.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组轻度油包发生率76.92%,中度油包发生率15.38%,重度油包发生率7.7%,整体油包程度均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义;实验组使用故障率39.86%,对照组使用故障率40.56%,数据无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 1 s注油时长能显著降低牙科手机灭菌后的油包发生率及油包严重程度,该方案可优化资源利用并确保临床安全,推荐作为临床首选。

      Objective To investigate the effect of different oil injection durations on the formation of oil bags and the occurrence of usage failures in dental handpieces after sterilization. Methods 1A total of 143 dental handpieces that were routinely used in the outpatient department of Stomatology at the Second People's Hospital of Chengdu in the second half of 2024 were selected for study. According to the time sequence, the handpieces were divided into a control group(September 2024, 2 seconds of oiling) and an experimental group(October 2024, 1 second of oiling). All handpieces were cleaned and oiled using the same fully automatic dental handpiece maintenance machine. The observation indicators included the incidence of oil bag formation, the degree of oil contamination, and the usage failure rate. Statistical analysis was performed. Results The incidence of oil bag formation in the experimental group was 1.04%, significantly lower than that in the control group(12.24%)(P<0.05). The proportions of mild, moderate, and severe oil bag formation in the experimental group were 76.92%, 15.38%, and 7.70%, respectively, all lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The usage failure rate in the experimental group was 39.86%, slightly lower than that in the control group(40.56%), but the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion Shortening the oil injection duration to 1 second can effectively reduce the incidence and severity of oil bag formation after sterilization, optimize equipment utilization, and improve clinical safety. This method is recommended as the preferred standard for dental handpiece maintenance and sterilization procedures.
