      目的 探究Vitapex联合浓缩生长因子(CGF)对年轻恒牙牙髓血运重建的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年1月至2024年3月间接收的86例年轻恒牙牙髓坏死患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组43例(CGF填充)、实验组(Vitapex联合CGF填充)43例,比较两组的临床疗效、牙根相关生长指标、龈沟液的血清因子及牙体变色情况。结果 实验组总有效率(97.67%)大于对照组(79.07%)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的牙根管壁厚度、牙根长度以及牙根冠比均升高,CCL21、IP-10、IL-17水平均降低,且实验组的变化比对照组更显著(P<0.05);实验组(6.98%)的牙体变色率小于对照组(27.91%)(P<0.05)。结论 Vitapex联合CGF对年轻恒牙牙髓血运重建具有显著的临床疗效,可以改善患者的牙根相关生长指标、龈沟液的血清因子并降低牙体变色率。
英文摘要:
      Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Vitapex combined with concentrated growth factor(CGF) in pulp revascularization of young permanent teeth. Methods From January 2022 to March 2024, a total of 86 young patients with permanent teeth pulp necrosis who were treated in our hospital were enrolled. They were randomly assigned to a control group(CGF filling, 43 cases) and an experimental group(Vitapex combined with CGF filling, 43 cases). The total effective rate, root-related growth indicators, serum factors of gingival crevicular fluid, and tooth discoloration were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group(97.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.07%)(P<0.05). After treatment, the thickness of the root canal wall, root length, and root-crown ratio increased in both groups, while the levels of CCL21, IP-10, and IL-17 decreased. The degree of improvement in the experimental group was more significant than in the control group(P<0.05). The tooth discoloration rate in the experimental group(6.98%) was lower than that in the control group(27.91%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Vitapex combined with CGF shows clear short-term clinical efficacy in the pulp revascularization of young permanent teeth. It can effectively improve root-related growth indicators, reduce inflammatory serum factors in gingival crevicular fluid, and lower the incidence of tooth discoloration.
