| 目的 研究龙掌口含液联合盐酸米诺环素软膏对接受正畸治疗的牙周炎患者的临床疗效。方法 收集作者所在医院诊治的92例接受正畸治疗的牙周炎患者，随机分为盐酸米诺环素组（对照组）和龙掌口含液和盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗联合药物组，各46例。研究2组的咀嚼能力、疼痛程度、牙周指标及炎症因子情况。结果 治疗后联合药物组的总有效率（89.13%）显著大于对照组（54.35%）（P<0.05）。治疗后对照组与药物组巴塞尔指数评分分别为6.74±1.45和8.16±1.81；TGF-β分别为34.97±4.15和48.23±5.28；IL-4分别为21.26±3.89和32.59±4.32；联合组显著大于对照组（P<0.05）。而治疗后对照组与联合药物组视觉模拟评分分别为2.29±0.55和1.35±0.41；龈沟出血指数分别为4.24±1.06和1.35±0.28；菌斑指数分别为4.62±1.38和1.19±0.26；牙龈指数分别为1.98±0.51和0.57±0.08；临床附着水平分别为（3.27±0.85）mm和（2.03±0.94）mm；龈沟探诊深度分别为（4.17±1.06）mm和（1.35±0.29）mm；IL-1β分别为20.26±4.56和12.39±3.24；联合药物组显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 龙掌口含液联合盐酸米诺环素软膏对接受正畸治疗的周炎患者疗效显著，可较好改善咀嚼能力及疼痛程度，有效维持牙周健康，减少牙龈出血及牙菌斑，降低炎症反应。 |

| Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Longzhang oral liquid combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of periodontitis after orthodontic treatment. Methods A total of 92 patients with periodontitis after orthodontic treatment were enrolled and randomly assigned to a minocycline hydrochloride group (control group) or a combination therapy group receiving Longzhang oral liquid and minocycline hydrochloride ointment, with 46 patients in each group. Chewing ability, pain severity, periodontal parameters, and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was significantly higher in the combination therapy group than in the control group (89.13% vs 54.35%, P<0.05). The Barthel index score was higher in the combination therapy group than in the control group (8.16±1.81 vs 6.74±1.45), as were the levels of TGF-β (48.23±5.28 vs 34.97±4.15) and IL-4 (32.59±4.32 vs 21.26±3.89) (P<0.05 for all). In contrast, the visual analogue scale score (1.35±0.41 vs 2.29± 0.55), sulcus bleeding index (1.35±0.28 vs 4.24±1.06), plaque index (1.19±0.26 vs 4.62±1.38), gingival index (0.57±0.08 vs 1.98±0.51), clinical attachment level (2.03±0.94 mm vs 3.27±0.85 mm), sulcus probing depth (1.35±0.29 mm vs 4.17±1.06 mm), and IL-1β level (12.39±3.24 vs 20.26±4.56) were all lower in the combination therapy group than in the control group (P<0.05 for all). Conclusion Longzhang oral liquid combined with minocycline hydrochloride ointment showed significant efficacy in patients with periodontitis after orthodontic treatment. This combination improved chewing ability and pain severity, promoted the maintenance of periodontal health, reduced gingival bleeding and dental plaque accumulation, and alleviated inflammatory responses. |
