| 目的 探究计算机辅助的国产六维数字化导板行上颌前牙区种植手术的精度及偏差。方法 选取2021年6月~2023年6月期间,青岛市城阳区人民医院口腔种植科收治的98例(共136枚种植体)上颌前牙区牙列缺损患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(常规种植修复,49例,种植体64枚)与研究组(计算机辅助的国产六维数字化导板辅助种植修复,49例,种植体72枚),比较两组患者围手术期指标、临床疗效、种植体精准度及美学效果[红美学分数、白美学分数]的差异。结果 研究组患者患牙拔除时长、备洞时长、手术总时长等围手术期相关指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者戴牙后1年种植体成功率100%,未发现种植体黏膜炎及种植体周围炎,种植体骨结合良好(P>0.05);与术前设计位置相比,研究组患者种植体植入位置顶部、根尖部、深度及角度等各项偏差均小于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后6个月的美学效果评分高于同组术后2周,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 针对上颌前牙区牙列缺损患者,应用计算机辅助的国产六维数字化导板能简化种植流程,缩短手术时间,提高种植手术精度及美学效果。 |

| Objective To investigate the accuracy and deviations of computer-assisted six-dimensional digital guides in implant surgery in the maxillary anterior region. Methods A total of 98 patients with dentition defects in the maxillary anterior region, involving 136 implants, were enrolled and randomly assigned to a control group (conventional implant restoration, 49 patients, 64 implants) and a study group (computer-assisted sixdimensional digital guide-assisted implant restoration, 49 patients, 72 implants). Perioperative indicators, clinical efficacy, implant accuracy, and esthetic outcomes, including the pink esthetic score (PES) and white esthetic score (WES), were compared between the two groups. Results The study group showed shorter tooth extraction time, osteotomy time, and total operative time than the control group (P<0.05). At 1 year after prosthesis delivery, the implant success rate was 100% in both groups, with no peri-implant mucositis or peri-implantitis observed, and satisfactory osseointegration achieved in both groups (P>0.05). Compared with the preoperative planned positions, deviations at the implant platform, apex, depth, and angle were significantly lower in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05). In both groups, PES and WES at 6 months after surgery were higher than those at 2 weeks after surgery, and both scores were higher in the study group than in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with dentition defects in the maxillary anterior region, computer-assisted six-dimensional digital guides can simplify the implant procedure, shorten operative time, and improve surgical accuracy and esthetic outcomes. |
