| 目的 探讨miR-335-5p、miR-424-5p在慢性牙周炎（CP）患者龈沟液中的表达水平及二者与牙周指标、龈沟炎症之间的相关性。方法 选取本院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的84例CP患者为研究组，选取同期体检的84例健康人员作对照组，采用实时荧光定量-聚合酶链式反应检测受试者龈沟液中miR-335-5p和miR-424-5p表达情况。通过酶联免疫吸附法检测龈沟液炎症因子表达水平。采用Pearson法分析相关性。结果 CP患者龈沟液中miR-335-5p、miR-424-5p表达水平均低于对照组（P<0.05），且二者均随着CP疾病严重程度的增加而递减（P<0.05）。CP患者菌斑指数、探诊深度、出血指数、附着丧失以及龈沟液白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均随疾病严重程度增加而递增（P<0.05），均与CP患者龈沟液miR-335-5p表达水平呈负相关（r=-0.657、-0.524、-0.600、-0.746、-0.693、-0.685,P<0.001），均与miR-424-5p表达水平呈负相关（r=-0.574、-0.532、-0.584、-0.705、-0.666、-0.680,P<0.001）。结论 CP患者龈沟液miR-335-5p、miR-424-5p表达水平均下调，且两者均与患者牙周指标与龈沟炎症明显相关。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression levels of miR-335-5p and miR-424-5p in gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) of patients with chronic periodontitis(CP) and their correlation with periodontal indicators and gingival crevicular inflammation. Methods A total of 84 patients with CP admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were regarded as the study group, and 84 healthy individuals who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were regarded as the control group. The expression of miR-335-5p and miR-424-5p in gingival crevicular fluid was detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Detect the expression level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Pearson correlation analysis was performed for correlation analysis. Results The expression levels of miR-335-5p and miR-424-5p in gingival crevicular fluid of CP patients were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05), and both decreased as the severity of CP disease increased(P<0.05). The plaque index, probing depth, bleeding index, attachment loss, and levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor alpha in gingival crevicular fluid of CP patients all increase with the severity of the disease(P<0.05). They were negatively correlated with the expression level of miR-335-5p in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with CP(r=-0.657,-0.524,-0.600,-0.746,-0.693,-0.685, P<0.001), and were negatively correlated with the expression level of miR-424-5p in gingival crevicular fluid(r=-0.574,-532,-0.584,-0.705,-0.666,-0.680, P<0.001). Conclusion The expression levels of miR-335-5p and miR-424-5p in gingival crevicular fluid of patients with CP are down-regulated, and both of them are obviously correlated with periodontal indicators and inflammatory status of the gingival crevicular fluid. |
