| 目的 探讨TheraCal LC、iRoot BP Plus与矿物三氧化物聚合体（MTA）在成熟恒牙活髓切断术中的1年疗效。方法 选取本院收治的90例（2020年1月至2022年6月）行成熟恒牙活髓切断术治疗的患者为研究对象，分为3组，每组30例，活髓切断术后每组分别使用TheraCal LC、iRoot BP Plus和MTA盖髓剂。术后12个月，观察并统计临床疗效、牙根吸收程度、不良反应发生情况。结果 术后12个月，TheraCal LC组、iRoot BP Plus组和MTA组的成功率分别为96.67%(29/30)、100%(30/30)和90.00%(27/30),3组盖髓剂的成功率、牙根吸收程度以及不良反应总发生率之间的差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 3种盖髓剂在成熟恒牙活髓切断术中均有较高的成功率和安全性。 |

| Objective To investigate the one-year efficacy of TheraCal LC, iRoot BP Plus, and Mineral Trioxide Aggregate(MTA) in mature permanent teeth pulpotomy. Methods A total of 90 patients treated in our hospital(January 2020 to June 2022) who underwent mature permanent pulp amputation were selected as the study objects and divided into 3 groups with 30 cases in each group. After pulp amputation, each group was treated with TheraCal LC, iRoot BP Plus and MTA pulp capping agent, respectively. At twelve months after surgery, the clinical efficacy, degree of root resorption, and incidence of adverse reactions were statistically analyzed in three groups. Results At 12 months after surgery, the success rates of the TheraCal LC group, iRoot BP Plus group and MTA group were 96.67%(29/30), 100%(30/30) and 90.00%(27/30), respectively. There were no significant differences in the success rate of pulp capping agents, the degree of root resorption and the total incidence of adverse reactions among the 3 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The three kinds of pulp capping agents all had a higher success rate and safety. |
