      目的 评估牙龈生物学类型对上颌前牙区单牙种植修复后龈乳头美学效果的影响。方法 32例上颌前牙区单牙缺失的患者,按软组织厚度分组,Ⅰ组:16 例,厚度1.5 mm~3 mm;Ⅱ组:16 例,厚度3.1 mm~4.5 mm。共植入32 枚ITI 种植体,术后2~3 个月常规修复,于修复完成当日(基线期)和6 个月后(随访期),应用龈乳头充填指数(PFI)评估种植体周围龈乳头形态。比较基线期和随访期各组PFI 变化,并进行统计学检验。结果 观察期内两组均无种植体松动脱落。两组在随访期的PFI 均显著高于基线期(P<0.05),Ⅱ组在基线期的PFI 显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),两组之间的PFI 变化有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 牙龈生物学类型是影响种植修复后龈乳头美学的重要因素,软组织较厚者龈乳头美学效果更好。

      Objective The aim of this study is to evaluate the alterations of papillae around implantsupported single-tooth replacements in anterior maxillas with different gingival biotypes. Methods According to the case inclusion criteria, 32 patients subjected to single-tooth replacements with implant-supported restorations (ITI implant system) in the maxillary anterior region were included in the analysis. The implant installation was performed as a two-stage procedure with a 2 to 4-month healing interval. All the patients were divided into two groups according to the average thickness of soft tissue.Patients in group Ⅰ have 1.5mm~3mm thick soft tissue,while those in group Ⅱ have 3mm~4.5mm thick soft tissue. There were 16 patients in both group Ⅰ and Ⅱ.The papillary contour around the implants immediately after the placement of crown and at the 6-month followup were assessed with PFI(Papilla Fill Index)measuring. PFI of two groups were compared and analyzed statistically and the significance level was set at 0.05. Results No implant was lost during the study. The statistical analysis confirmed that PFI in both group Ⅰ and Ⅱ at follow-up was higher than that at base line(P<0.05). Base line PFI in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group I(P<0.05). The variation of PFI between two groups showed significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusions The gingival biotype is an important factor for the esthetic outcome of papilla around the dental implant. The esthetic outcome of a thick biotype is more favorable.
