| 目的 评估和比较氧化锆和二硅酸锂材料制作前牙修复体的白色美学效果。方法 采用白色美学指数（White esthetic score，WES）对58颗二硅酸锂材料制作的前牙修复体和36颗氧化锆材料制作的修复体进行比较和评价，同时采用视觉模拟评分（VAS，Visual analogue scale）分别评价口腔医师和患者对修复后的牙冠色泽和牙冠形态满意度，通过SPSS 21.0软件进行统计分析。结果 二硅酸锂材料制作的前牙修复体修复后的牙冠形态、外形轮廓、颜色、质地、半透明度的评分均显著高于氧化锆材料，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。口腔医师和患者对修复后牙冠的色泽和牙冠的外形满意度方面，二硅酸锂材料均高于氧化锆材料，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 二硅酸锂材料制作的修复体白色美学效果高于氧化锆材料制作的前牙修复体，且口腔医师和患者在牙冠的色泽和牙冠的外形满意度更高。 |

| Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the white aesthetics of zirconia and lithium disilicate materials for anterior dental restoration. Methods White esthetic score (WES) was used to compare and evaluate 58 anterior dental restoration made of lithium disilicate and 36 restoration made of zirconia. At the same time, the satisfaction of dentists and patients with dental crown color and crown shape were evaluated by visual simulation score (Visual analogue scale,VAS). Statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS 21.0 software. Results The scores of crown shape, crown outline, crown color, crown texture and crown semi-transparentry for the anterior restoration made of lithium disilicate material were significantly higher than those of zirconia material and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction with dental crown color and crown appearance for lithium disilicate material was higher than that of zirconia material, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The white aesthetic effect of the anterior dental restoration made of lithium disilicate is better than that of the anterior restoration made of zirconia, and the dentists and patients are more satisfied with the color and appearance of the crown. |
